Good morning and welcome to the new Caffeinated Motivation! I'm Bryan-David Scott, The Coffee Chef! Caffeinated Motivation is the hottest power podcast on-air! I am home from another awesome tour filled with adventure, new food creations, awesome experiences, and throwing down great food with two talented Chefs I am proud to have as brothers and friends … Logan and Devin from Larsen's Steakhouse in Woodland Hills, California. It was amazing to film with you guys! I started the tour in Los Angeles filming my new show -- a fun, celebrity and artist packed show filled with comedy, entertainment, mind bending food and exquisite luxury coffees -- imagine Chef's Table urban style with my California luxury flair. I wrapped up the tour in Las Vegas performing for my friend David Barnes (former Project Manager for iconic places such as the Cosmopolitan Hotel, Caesar's Palace) and now working on his own venture, VerDeluxe Hyper Luxury Homes -- the most green, eco-conscious and custom luxury homes imaginable. On the menu: Wagyu A-5 NY Strip steaks covered in dark, organic molasses then dusted with fresh roasted espresso, cracked Malabar pepper, and sprinkled with Brazilian sea salt. Grilled citrus sourdough bread. A beautiful and bright sauce made from fresh California cilantro, Mexican limes, tangerines, and Chef magic. I had fresh Koloa rum imported from Hawaii on-hand to wow guests and concluded with one of the most exclusive coffees in the world -- a Bryan-David Scott original -- Ferrari, crafted in honor of Enzo Ferrari, a 100 point coffee. I love my life! I want to acknowledge that this tour would not have been successful if wasn't for some special friends showing up. Zenja, you are a beautiful beacon of light, love and hope. Good morning you two beautiful beacons of light and love. I haven't met you. Yet. My name is Isaiah. Chef dubbed me … the coffee mouse. I met Chef when he was a guest celebrity Chef in Park City, Utah. I had been living under the dining room floorboard of a restaurant on Main Street, One day, I heard the news that the world's greatest coffee roaster was coming to park city. I thought no way. That's awesome! I love love love coffee! I waited and waited. I waited some more. And some more. Then it happened. Chef walked in. A big man, jovial as Santa Clause, but with something greater to give away than toys: COFFEE! Great, wonderful, delicious, splendid life giving coffee. I loooooovee coffee. Yep yep yep! Oh! Back to my story. Sorry. ADHD moment. When Chef met me, he thought maybe the coffee was fermented and he was seeing things, but I assured him that I was real. Yep yep yep. I told Chef I was his golden ticket. With his style, charisma, and masterful food and coffee; and my cuteness … we were like coffee and cream. Meant to be. Sigh. I love Chef. He's my best friend. I wanted you to know that he is doing well. It seems that a wise woman had raised him so that when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. He is busy with his new show which I am proud to co-produce.
