For Your Ears Only: Winter 2017/18

Welcome to the winter issue of For Your Ears Only listing all of the new books added to the library in the last few months. 2017 was a bumper year with a staggering 800 new titles made available to borrow. In this edition are familiar authors and those that are in print for the first time. Among the more recognisable names is Rosamunde Pilcher with her popular title “September” and bestseller Dan Brown is back with his new thriller “Origin” featuring professor Robert Langdon. Peter James is well known for his Brighton based Roy Grace detective series but before this he wrote several ghost stories of which “Sweetheart” is one. The new names on the block are Daryl Gregory with his title “Spoonbenders” as featured on the Radio 2 Book Club and T A Cotterell with the contemporary thriller “What Alice Knew”. Finally “Our Zoo” tells the true story of George Mottershead the founder of the world renowned Chester Zoo.
