Bad experiences are great experiences too and honestly, the best teachers. You can learn even more from them than from the good stuff. I spent a ton of time on https://www.youdates.com/mature-singles.html, no joke. There were lots of good, fun moments, but also some bad ones. I honestly value both equally.
Talk to a therapist. But for real, it always seemed weird to me that if someone has one bad experience, they’re just like, “I’m never doing that again.” Seems pretty naive to think things will always go great or you’ll get lucky right away.
