From a young age, Rudy faced sexual abuse, perversion, and mental health struggles that led her down a path of drug addiction, gangs, and criminal charges. Searching for identity and love, she also walked through a homosexual lifestyle yet nothing ever filled the emptiness inside. The world offered temporary fixes but no lasting peace.Everything changed when Rudy came face to face with the pain and brokenness of her life. Even though many supported her homosexual lifestyle, God spoke to her heart: if she truly loved her partner, she would let go so that she could come to Jesus and experience freedom from the bondage of sin. In a moment of surrender, Rudy chose to love enough to do what seemed impossible. And in that surrender, God made all things new. She left her partner as chains of addiction were broken, shame was lifted, and a brand-new identity was found in Christ. Today, Rudy lives in freedom and purpose, boldly sharing her testimony so others can encounter the same hope she found in Him.Her story is living proof that no matter your past, Jesus can radically change your future.
