Part 2 of our coverage of the AJ Scott trial. AJ Scott is a former Georgia State Trooper who had an accident where two teenage girls were killed. They were passengers in a car driven by a teenage boy, 10 years ago. There was a first trial was held 5-6 years ago and was declared a mis-trial due to procedural issues and the second trial just completed. CRJ takes a more serious tone on this episode as we dive into a local to us case, the murder of James and Kristin Brock. They were killed in February of 2025 in their home. Kirstin's daughter, James' stepdaughter, Sarah Grace, 17, has been charged with their murders, for a total of 8 felony charges. This tragedy occurred just miles from Cam and The Rev's homes, in Carrollton, GA USA. In this episode we cover the details that have been released as well as an interview given by the grandfather, that gave many additional details not released by police. We also discuss the bond hearing, in which bond was denied, but there were controversial testimonies for the release of Sarah Grace, including local pastor Ben Bonner of Catalyst Church. This case has split the family and extended families of James and Kristin as some believe in Sarah Grace's innocence, while others support the charges and trust law enforcement and the result of their investigation. The judge in the case has set a tentative trial date for January 5, 2026, but there are several pre-trial proceedings that we will be sure to cover. Hosted on Acast. We open with having to walk Cam back from having a new disease, A-something-something, brought on by a "Lone Star Tick", which he hasn't been bitten by, but is convinced he might have. After that crisis is averted, we dive into the return of the Rev back into competition after a 4-year hiatus at NFC's Brewjitsu. Oh and Jeff is on a cruise, but for real this time, with his kids. We open the show with the Rev getting attacked by a mosquito, right into Jeff complaining about the camera placement. We (Cam and the Rev) called Jeff and he was supposed to come to class, but in his most old man moment, he fell asleep on the couch and missed it. Right into us freaking Cam out about his skin color... almost inducing a panic attack. Cam and the Rev open up comparing their longest outstanding friend request, the Rev thought he was good with someone waiting 1 year on a friend request, but Cam has "Mata Leon" who has been waiting on a friend request for 7 YEARS!!! We run though the belt promotions we recently had at Integrity. Cam trolls the Rev over his Peppermint Moca creamer. We also talk about Jon Jones' retirement, and then he went full Jon Jones and left a crash scene and a woman with the wreck. We also lost El Jefe to boat shopping for this episode from the previous episode. Someone also sent in a reel from a local church, where the comments said things like "I wish I brought my $1's" "Pink Pony Church" where the pastor took off his shirt for dramatic effect. We threaten to start raising dollars from the people at the gym to support him. We try to sort out which Kevin is which... We have a few of them. We think Jeff has copyrighted his sad music. Cam does dramatic reading of Emo music. Cam thinks the Rev is black belting him by saying he likes Panic at the Disco. Integrity BJJ has a quartet in competition Saturday night June 7th at District in Atlanta against teams from SBG, Odyssey and Checkmat (Phillip Smith BJJ). We also cover some high profile matches that are on the card, and one that had to be pulled off the card due to a contract dispute.
