There are only two episodes left so 7th Heaven decided to create more conflict than can actually be resolved in this episode. Jane and Ruthie discover that they both seem to be being led on by Martin. Mac and Margaret are for some reason an item now, purely out of convenience. T-Bone regrets having broken up with Ruthie and receives another surprise when a man purporting to be his father shows up. Sandy gets engaged to this man that she hardly knows and Lucy and Kevin continue to weigh the decision to move to Crossroads.Originally published March 25, 2019.
Last episode ever! This was a pretty bad series finale. We discuss why it was bad and also break down and talk about the past 2.5 years of podcasting and 7th Heaven. Thanks for sticking with us and listening through to the end!Originally published March 30, 2019.
The Rev experiences a miracle when he wakes up and intuitively seems to feel like his heart condition is better. T-Bone and Ruthie reunite, but Martin has other plans. Having been given the Rev's blessing to break up with Ruthie, T-Bone struggles with how to go about breaking up with Ruthie. Mac takes matters into his own hands and tries to help T-Bone by texting everyone in Glen Oak advising them of the impending break-up. Kevin and Lucy continue the debate about whether or not they will move for her new job opportunity, despite her reservations. Margaret realizes that Mac has taken advantage of her.Originally published March 20, 2019.
Ruthie is desperate to get rid of her tattoo and the CamRents won't pay for it. T-Bone offers to pay for it because he somehow feels responsible, but the CamRents won't let Ruthie take advantage of T-Bone like that, forcing her to get a job. The Mac and Margaret relationship continues to blossom as Mac decides to take advantage of Margaret's feelings for him. Ruthie loses the "diamond" in her promise ring and immediately jumps to the conclusion that her relationship with T-Bone is doomed. Sandy's relationship with Jonathan is moving along and Mac and Margaret might be a thing?Originally published March 13, 2019.
In the aftermath of her ill conceived tattoo, Ruthie turns to religion. The CamRents and Lucy and Kevin all set out to get to the bottom of whatever Ruthie and T-Bone are up to. Through various interrogations of the ancillary teens, everyone learns about the tattoos and antics ensue. Thankfully, nobody overreacts in the traditional 7th Heaven fashion.Originally published March 9, 2019.
The Ruth and the Colonel make a surprise visit in Glen Oak and it is stressin' the Rev out. Lou is back and he seldom has good news. The Deacons think that the Rev and Lucy aren't keeping the congregation interested, as evidenced by the $16,000 deficit that the church is working with. Ruthie pressures T-Bone to get his drivers license so that they can have more privacy and he enlists Kevin to help him prepare for his road test.Originally published March 2, 2019.
The Rev and Lucy take off for a fishing trip under the guide of going to a church function. Mac and Martin double date with Jane and Margaret while Martin shirks his responsibilities to Sandy and his son.Originally published February 27, 2019.
7th Heaven brings back the issue episode and hopefully it is the last one of the series. The Camdens and Co. try to figure out how tackle the genocide in Darfur and everyone has different ideas about what the role of the United States Government should be. A lack of internet access despite it being 2007 is handicapping the teenage crowd from getting accurate information about what exactly is going on in Darfur. Lucy decides to take the opportunity to crusade against buying in bulk.Originally published February 24, 2019.
It's Christmas time in Glen Oak and all of the ghosts of Christmas past are back to haunt the Rev. Well, they're actually the tangentially related ghosts of the relatives of people from the last episode. The Rev takes a brief visit to the afterlife and catches up with Grandma Jenny while the rest of the CamFam worries about his whereabouts while he does his Christmas shopping for the entire family beyond reality.Originally published February 21, 2019.
T-Bone and Ruthie sittin' in a tree. T-Bone tells Ruthie that she's being ungrateful and needs to get over the fact that she's back in Glen Oak and the confrontation of course leads to mounting sexual tension and that's a thing now. The Rev returns to work and stops sugar coating things and telling the congregation how he really feels about their trivial problems. Stanley returns and then fades away and left CamdenCast very confused about if he is alive or dead.Originally published February 17, 2019.
It's Thanksgiving and the criminal pasts of all of the CamKids come back to haunt Annie, the Rev, and Ruthie when they get detained at the airport on their way home from Scotland. 7th Heaven FINALLY decides to pay homage to JoJo's sophomore album, The High Road (2006) with this episode title. Sandy thinks that her new beau Daniel just wants to use her for sex now.Originally published January 31, 2019.
CamdenCast continues to surprise in Season 11 with a second good episode? We didn't have great expectations for this season, but they've exceeded our expectations thus far. The Rev continues to hide his medical problems from his family, as well as his decision to homeschool the boys. Lucy and Kevin start an investigation with limited success, but in the end, Kevin gets closer to uncovering the truth without any definite answers.Originally published January 26, 2019.
Annie is away because of behind the scenes budgeting (presumably) and the CamBoys are all alone. The Rev makes some rash decisions regarding the twins' education following interactions with their teacher and his doctor. Ben wants to visit Kevin and Lucy but Kevin isn't sure that Lucy is ready to host guests yet. There is some silly subplot with dogs going missing and then reappearing.Originally published January 24, 2019.
