By practicing detachment, we allow experiences to be just that; an experience. For most of us, we have allowed too many factors be loud in our lives overpowering our voices, our true choices. I encourage you to show up as you are, confidently, proudly. Embrace all that you are.

Now is the time to get clear on your vision. Things/people can be a distraction and cloud your vision. Stillness, meditation, & yoga allows you to be present. Silence the noise to hear God’s voice.
