Max is a successful longtime professional poker player with four World Series of Poker bracelets and two WSOP Circuit Rings in his trophy cabinet. Winning his bracelets in No Limit Hold'em, Pot Limit Omaha, Razz and Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo, Max has been proficient in all forms of the game to the tune of almost $5 million in live tournament earnings alone. Not only that, but his last name translates as 'The Fisherman' in his native tongue and he’s also known by his nickname 'The Italian Pirate'. On today's show we'll get to know him a little better.

Anish is the author of poker's first ever graphic novel, a project he began working on 14 years ago, after watching the 2008 WSOP Main Event Final Table.
