Nika , Hali , Cidnee And Candy Raine recap their weekend and talk award shows . The Grammys just aired and it was BLACK. A lot of people took home awards including the Carter’s, Anderson pak, Cardi B and HER . The ladies discuss how many people talked down on the Grammys but at the same time a lot of us received awards . so that brought up the question of what do we really want . POSE a drama centered around the lgbtq ballroom scene was a breakout series in 2018 but were left out of the Oscars - the group encourages our listeners to support shows and music from diverse audience Our Gurl moment centered around Monique and Steve Harvey’s heated conversation. The group thought Harvey’s tone and suggestion were very uncle Tomish. That brought up a good point , should black people handle each other differently in public than in private Candy brought up a good point that TI calls out Floyd Mayweather publicly about his support of the Gucci brand . A few called his gesture corny but sometimes it is important for us to chastise each other when we are wrong and hold one another accountable The carefreeblackgirls come to the realization that Fake outrage is the biggest PR scam right now .
