Dear listener, This podcast episode is a recording of the Palm Sunday Sermon that I had the pleasure of delivering in St Salvator Chapel at the University of St Andrews on Sunday the 10th of April 2022. It was a special weekend and opportunity to come back to one of my favourite places.  I reflected on and prayed over this day since last summer and so these reflections I share with you have been shaped by the happenings of this last year growing through the seasons. There has been a lot that has happened in this time and our world is yet again so changed and different to what it was last year. The story of Palm Sunday and Easter have been told over and over for centuries and yet the setting of the world in which they are told is ever-changing and evolving….  I hope you enjoy tuning in to this podcast episode to explore my Palm Sunday message and to plant trees of hope together.  “If I knew the world would end tomorrow, I would still plant a tree.”” - Martin Luther Sending love & hope, Léa --- Instagram: @ecoactivist.lea Website: HOME - Eco Activists (eco-activists.co.za) Caring for Creation Podcast IG: https://www.instagram.com/caringforcreationpodcast/
What is the link between faith and environmentalism? Is taking care of our planet a core message of the Bible? What can we do to honour this message and how can we actively remain hopeful in the face of the Climate Crisis? Join me in a discussion with Emeritus Professor Ian Bradley and author of “God is Green” to explore the topic of caring for Creation in the first episode of the Caring for Creation Podcast. I hope you will enjoy and be inspired by it. All best wishes, Léa

This is a prayer. A poem. A dream. It is the start of a new journey. A step to share more of my faith journey and to explore our mission and responsibility to care for creation.  Ad dei Gloriam. Sending love and light to whatever part of this beautiful planet you may find yourself, Léa
