Hey Carpool Crew, today we’re finishing our first full week of Advent by talking about something really important—hope has a name, and His name is Jesus. In Matthew 1:21, the angel tells Joseph to name the baby Jesus because “He will save His people from their sins.” The name Jesus literally means “The Lord saves.” This episode reminds kids and families that hope isn’t just a nice thought or a wish—it’s a person. When we say “Jesus,” we are saying that God saves, God keeps His promises, and God is close. If you ever feel nervous, unsure, or alone, whispering His name reminds you that He’s right there with you. Jesus is the steady, certain hope we can trust every day. 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus ✨ Subscribe on Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifySubscribe 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families
Hey Carpool Crew, today we’re learning about God’s perfect timing. Galatians 4:4–5 reminds us that Jesus was born at the exact right moment in history—every detail prepared by God. And the same is true in your life. Even when waiting feels slow, confusing, or frustrating, God is never late. He’s always working, preparing, and lining things up in ways we can’t see yet. This episode encourages kids and families to trust God’s timeline, stay patient, and remember that waiting doesn’t mean God has forgotten—waiting often means God is getting things ready. 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus ✨ Subscribe on Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifySubscribe 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families
Hey Carpool Crew, we’ve been talking all about hope this week as we journey through Advent toward Christmas! 🎄 I’m Pastor Justin, and today we’re learning about something that’s not easy — waiting. Our verse is Isaiah 40:3 (CSB): “A voice of one crying out: Prepare the way of the Lord in the wilderness; make a straight highway for our God in the desert.” God’s people had waited a long time and were tired of wondering if He still had a plan. But through Isaiah, God said, “I haven’t forgotten you — get ready for Me.” If Jesus were sitting beside you, I think He’d say, “Waiting isn’t a waste of time — it’s heart time.” Waiting teaches us to trust, pray, and grow closer to God. Advent reminds us that waiting isn’t a pause in the story — it’s part of it. Family question: What’s something you’re waiting for right now, and how can you trust God while you wait? 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus ✨ Subscribe on Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifySubscribe 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.
Hey Carpool Crew, this week we’re talking about hope as we travel through Advent toward Christmas! 🌟 I’m Pastor Justin, and today we’re looking at one of God’s earliest promises — the one He made to Abraham. Our verse is Genesis 12:1–3 (CSB): “I will make you into a great nation... and all the peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” God told Abraham that his family would grow and one day bless the whole world. And guess what? That promise came true when Jesus was born through Abraham’s family line! From the very beginning of the Bible, God was already planning Christmas. If Jesus were sitting beside you today, I think He’d say, “When I make a promise, I keep it.” God’s promises never fail, and we can trust Him completely. When we keep our own promises — even small ones — we show others what God’s faithfulness looks like. Family question: What promise can you keep today that would make someone smile? 😊 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus ✨ Subscribe on Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifySubscribe 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.

Our verse is Micah 5:2 (CSB): “But you, Bethlehem... out of you will come one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origin is from ancient times, from eternity.” Bethlehem wasn’t a big or famous city, but that’s exactly where God chose for Jesus to be born. Why? Because God loves to use small things to do incredible things. If Jesus were sitting beside you, I think He’d say, “I love starting with small things — like you. What seems little can change the world when I’m part of it.” So today, don’t overlook the small stuff — a kind word, a helping hand, or even a prayer can make a big difference. God isn’t looking for perfection; He’s looking for hearts that are ready to say yes. ❤️ Family question: What’s one small way you could show God’s love to someone else today? 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus ✨ Subscribe on Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifySubscribe 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.

Maybe you’re eating some Thanksgiving leftovers or just catching up on sleep — either way, I’m Pastor Justin, and I’m so glad you’re here. Today’s reminder is simple but powerful: thankfulness isn’t just for one day. It’s not about a holiday on the calendar — it’s something we can live out every single day. Our verse for today comes from 1 Thessalonians 5:18: “Give thanks in everything, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” Did you catch that? It doesn’t say “give thanks on Thanksgiving.” It says in everything. That means we can be thankful when life is fun and easy — and even when it’s not. Let’s think about Daniel — one of my son Beckett’s favorite Bible stories. Daniel was far from home in a strange land. He missed everything familiar, but the Bible says Daniel “prayed and gave thanks to God just as he had done before” (Daniel 6:10). Even when life was hard, Daniel didn’t stop being thankful — and that thankfulness made his faith strong enough to face lions! If Jesus were sitting in the car with you today, I think He’d say, “Keep thanking God — not just on special days, but every day. The more you thank Me, the stronger your faith will grow.” Here’s how that works: the more you practice thankfulness — just like practicing the piano, or shooting free throws, or learning a new skill — the better you get at it. When you say, “Thank you, God,” every day — for your family, your food, your friends, or even the challenges you face — your heart learns to see God’s goodness in everything. So don’t let your thankfulness stop after Thanksgiving. Thankful hearts don’t need a holiday — they just need a moment. Before you go, talk about this together: What’s one thing you can thank God for — not just today, but every day this week? And remember, no matter where you are or how you’re listening, God loves you. 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus 📺 YouTube: https://bit.ly/YoutubeCPWJ 💻 Podbean: https://bit.ly/PodbeanCPWJ 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.

I’m Pastor Justin — and I want you to know, right up front, I’m thankful for YOU. Whether you’re playing football, helping in the kitchen, or just hanging out with your family today, this episode is a reminder that true thankfulness isn’t about having more — it’s about loving what you already have. Our verse today comes from Psalm 107:1 — “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His faithful love endures forever.” That verse reminds us that God’s goodness never runs out. The people in the Bible who were closest to God weren’t the ones who had everything — they were the ones who gave thanks the most. Even King David, when life was hard, kept singing, “Thank you, Lord, for your love and goodness.” If Jesus were sitting next to you at the Thanksgiving table, I think He’d smile and say, “You don’t need everything to be perfect to be thankful. Look around — I’m here with you. Your family’s here. You are loved. That’s enough.” So here’s something to try today: whenever you catch yourself wishing for something someone else has — maybe a bigger piece of pie, a cooler bike, or a fancier house — stop and say, “I love what I have. It couldn’t be better.” Because when you focus on what you already have, joy starts to grow inside you. Gratitude changes the way your heart feels — it turns envy into peace, and comparison into contentment. Here’s your Thanksgiving Challenge — one that works every day of the year: 👉 Every time you catch yourself wishing for something more, pause and say, “I love what I have. It couldn’t be better.” Thankful people don’t wait for perfect stuff or perfect days — they know that God’s love makes today enough. Before you go, talk about this together: What’s something in your life right now that you can say, “I love this. It couldn’t be better”? And remember, no matter where you are or how you’re listening, God loves you. 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus 📺 YouTube: https://bit.ly/YoutubeCPWJ 💻 Podbean: https://bit.ly/PodbeanCPWJ 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.

I don’t know about you, but I’m already thinking about what I’m going to eat. Pumpkin pie, mashed potatoes, all of it! But today, we’re talking about something even better — those “ah moments” when everything just feels right. You know the ones — that first sip of hot chocolate on a cold morning, or the first bite of your favorite pizza when it’s warm and cheesy. You smile, your heart feels happy, and you just think, “Ah.” Those moments remind us that God made us to experience joy. In Psalm 34:8, it says, “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” This verse isn’t just about food — it’s about noticing how good God is in every part of life. Every time you laugh, smell cookies baking, or see a sunset, you’re getting a taste of His goodness. When David wrote this psalm, he was actually running for his life — but even then, he stopped to say, “God is good.” If Jesus were sitting next to you on the couch or in the car, I think He’d say, “Slow down. Notice the good things I’ve given you — your family, your favorite meal, the sunshine. Enjoy them. They’re gifts from Me.” So here’s your challenge today: find one “ah moment.” Maybe it’s a smell, a laugh, or something that just feels peaceful. When you find it, pause and say, “Thank you, God. You are good.” Because when you notice the small things, you’ll start to see that God’s goodness is everywhere. Before you go, talk about this together: What’s something that made you say “ah” recently, and how could you thank God for it? And remember, no matter where you are or how you’re listening, God loves you. 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus 📺 YouTube: https://bit.ly/YoutubeCPWJ 💻 Podbean: https://bit.ly/PodbeanCPWJ 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.

Maybe someone handed you a gift, everyone was watching, and you mumbled a quiet “thanks.” We’ve all been there! But here’s the truth — real thankfulness actually takes courage. In 1 Thessalonians 5:18, it says, “Give thanks in everything, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” That means God wants us to be thankful — not just when life is easy, but even when things are messy or don’t go our way. When Paul wrote those words, he wasn’t relaxing somewhere nice — he was in prison, cold and unsure what would happen next. But even there, he said, “Give thanks.” That’s brave faith. Gratitude isn’t about perfect situations — it’s about having a strong heart that trusts God no matter what. If Jesus were sitting next to you in the car, I think He’d say, “It’s brave to be thankful, even when it feels awkward. Every time you say thank you, you shine My light.” In this episode, we’ll talk about how saying thank you — especially when it’s hard — shows humility, courage, and love. You’ll even get a simple challenge: pick one person (a teacher, coach, or parent) and say thank you — out loud — and tell them why you’re thankful. Or, if you want to go further, write them a thank-you note like we talked about in a previous episode. Remember, gratitude grows your heart — and courage grows your faith. Before you go, talk about this together: Why do you think it’s sometimes hard to say “thank you”? It’s not full of numbers or symbols… it’s just two simple words: “Thank you.” Those words open the door to something way better than a game or an app — they open the door to God’s presence. In Psalm 100:4, it says, “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise.” Back when this verse was written, people would go to the temple to worship God. Before they even stepped inside, they came singing and thanking Him. Gratitude wasn’t just about good manners — it was how they got close to God. And the best part? We don’t need a temple anymore. We can say “thank you” anywhere — in the car, at school, or right before bed — and instantly draw near to Him. If Jesus were sitting next to you today, I think He’d say, “Every time you say thank you, you come closer to My Father. You show that you notice His goodness — and that makes His heart smile.” In this episode, you’ll learn how being thankful unlocks peace and joy in your heart. Complaining can make us feel closed off, but gratitude swings the door wide open to God’s presence. Try it today — whenever something good happens, whisper: “Thank you, God.” Even small things — a good lunch, a kind friend, or finding a quarter — are chances to use God’s password. Before you go, talk about this together: When could you use “thank you” as your password today? Whether it’s breakfast before school, dinner around the table, or pizza on the couch for movie night, eating together is about more than just food — it’s about connection. In Luke 19:5–6, it says, “When Jesus came to the place, he looked up and said to him, ‘Zacchaeus, hurry and come down because today it is necessary for me to stay at your house.’ So he quickly came down and welcomed him joyfully.” Jesus didn’t just stop to talk to Zacchaeus — He shared a meal with him. And back then, eating with someone meant something really important: friendship, acceptance, and belonging. That’s the same message we share when we sit down at the table with people we love. If Jesus were sitting with you today, I think He’d say, “I love when families eat together. It’s not just about the food — it’s about being present with one another. When you sit at the table, I’m right there too.” In this episode, we’ll talk about how every meal — big or small — can become a memory full of laughter, love, and gratitude. We’ll learn that mealtime is one of the easiest ways to show thankfulness, build connection, and even share God’s love with your family. Before you go, talk about this together: What’s one thing you could do during mealtime to make it more meaningful for your family? Yep, that word that makes everyone cringe a little! Whether it’s losing screen time, getting sent to your room, or having to say sorry when you don’t want to — no one likes those moments. But guess what? God uses discipline to help us grow. In Hebrews 12:6, it says, “For the Lord disciplines the one He loves.” The early Christians who first read this verse were going through some really tough times. They were wondering, “If God loves me, why is this so hard?” The writer reminded them that discipline isn’t punishment — it’s love. Just like a good coach or a loving parent corrects you so you can grow stronger, God steps in to guide us because He cares deeply about who we’re becoming. If Jesus were sitting next to you in the car, I think He’d say, “When you get corrected, don’t just get upset — listen. You’re being taught because you’re loved. I see the kind of person you can become, even when you can’t see it yet.” In this episode, we’ll talk about how to see discipline as protection, not punishment — and why it’s something to actually be thankful for. From coaches who push us to try again, to parents who make rules to keep us safe, every correction is shaping us into who God designed us to be. Before you go, talk about this together: What’s one time you got disciplined that helped you grow or change for the better? Sometimes we’re excited about what’s ahead — a game, a trip, or something fun — but other times the future can feel uncertain or even a little scary. The good news? God already knows what’s coming, and His plans are always good. In Jeremiah 29:11, it says, “For I know the plans I have for you — this is the Lord’s declaration — plans for your well-being, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” This verse was written when God’s people were living far from home in Babylon. They were scared, confused, and wondering if God had forgotten about them. But through Jeremiah, God reminded them that He still had a plan — a good one — even when they couldn’t see it yet. If Jesus were sitting next to you right now, I think He’d say, “You don’t have to be afraid of tomorrow, because I’m already there. You might not see the whole picture yet, but I do. Trust Me — every piece of your story fits perfectly in My plan.” In this episode, we’ll talk about how trusting God is kind of like putting together a big puzzle without seeing the box top. We don’t always understand how the pieces fit, but God does. Every day, He’s arranging things for our good — and that’s something we can be thankful for. Before you go, talk about this together: What’s something in the future you’re nervous about, and how can you thank God in advance for being with you through it? Worship isn’t just about singing songs at church; it’s our way of saying thank you to God — with our hearts, our voices, and our joy. In Psalm 100:4, it says, “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. Give thanks to Him and bless His name.” When this psalm was written, God’s people would come to the temple singing, clapping, and celebrating how good He was. Worship was never quiet or routine — it was full of energy and thankfulness! And now, because of Jesus, we don’t have to go to a temple to worship. God’s Spirit lives in us, which means we can worship anywhere — at church, in the car, in our room, even in the shower. If Jesus were sitting next to you today, I think He’d say, “Worship isn’t about sounding perfect — it’s about being thankful. Sing from your heart, not for others, but for Me.” In this episode, we’ll talk about how worship is thankfulness in action — how singing, praying, or even dancing can remind us that God is good and that He’s always worthy of our praise. New Spotify Podcast Feed HERE   Hey Carpool Crew, it’s Pastor Justin — and today we’re talking about something amazing: being thankful for Jesus’ example and learning how to live like Him every day. We all have people we look up to — maybe a teacher, coach, or parent — but Jesus gave us the ultimate example of how to love, serve, and live with kindness. In John 13:15, Jesus said, “For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done for you.” This moment came right after He did something totally unexpected — He washed His disciples’ feet. Back then, that was a servant’s job! But Jesus wanted His friends to understand that real greatness comes from serving others, not being served. If Jesus were sitting in the car with you or at the breakfast table, I think He’d say, “You don’t have to guess how to live — just follow My lead. Be kind when others aren’t. Forgive when it’s hard. Serve even when no one notices.” In this episode, we’ll talk about how to live with that same kind of love and humility — from helping a friend in the hallway to forgiving a sibling or showing kindness when no one’s watching. Jesus didn’t just talk about love; He lived it. And that’s something we can be thankful for every single day. Before you go, talk about this together: What’s one way you could follow Jesus’ example at home, at school, or with your friends? And remember, no matter where you are or how you’re listening, God loves you. 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus 📺 YouTube: https://bit.ly/YoutubeCPWJ 💻 Podbean: https://bit.ly/PodbeanCPWJ 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.

New Spotify Podcast Feed HERE   Hey Carpool Crew, it’s Pastor Justin — and today we’re talking about something bigger than anything you could ever wrap in a box or find under a tree: salvation. It’s God’s greatest gift — something we could never earn, but something that changes everything. In Ephesians 2:8–9, the Bible says, “For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift — not from works, so that no one can boast.” The Apostle Paul wrote this to remind us that salvation isn’t something we earn by being “good enough.” It’s a free gift from God — given out of love and grace. If Jesus were sitting beside you in the car or at the breakfast table, I think He’d say, “You don’t have to prove that you’re good enough for My love. You’re already Mine. I gave My life for you so you could live forgiven, free, and forever close to Me.” In this episode, we’ll talk about what it means to live thankful every day because of what Jesus did for us — dying on the cross, rising again, and giving us hope that never runs out. You’ll even hear a story about a surprise Christmas gift that shows how salvation is something we can only receive — never earn. Before you go, talk about this together: How can you show your thankfulness to God for the incredible gift of Jesus, forgiveness, and salvation? And remember, no matter where you are or how you’re listening, God loves you. 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus 📺 YouTube: https://bit.ly/YoutubeCPWJ 💻 Podbean: https://bit.ly/PodbeanCPWJ 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.
Hey Carpool Crew, it’s Pastor Justin — and today we’re talking about one of the best reasons to be thankful every day: God’s forgiveness. We all mess up sometimes. Maybe you’ve said something you wish you could take back, disobeyed your parents, or hurt a friend’s feelings. That heavy feeling of guilt can whisper, “I blew it.” But here’s the amazing truth — when we mess up, God doesn’t cancel us. He forgives us. In 1 John 1:9, it says, “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” The Apostle John wrote those words to remind believers that forgiveness is always available through Jesus. You don’t have to earn it — you just have to ask for it. If Jesus were sitting beside you today, I think He’d say, “You’re not defined by your mistakes. I already forgave you. My grace isn’t something you earn — it’s a gift I’ve already given you.” In this episode, we’ll talk about how to be thankful for God’s forgiveness — and how to live that out by forgiving others. When we choose to let go of anger and offer grace, we reflect the love of Jesus to everyone around us. Before you go, talk about this together: When’s a time you messed up but were forgiven? How did it feel to be given another chance? And remember, no matter where you are or how you’re listening, God loves you. 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus 📺 YouTube: https://bit.ly/YoutubeCPWJ 💻 Podbean: https://bit.ly/PodbeanCPWJ 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.
Hey Carpool Crew, it’s Pastor Justin — and today we’re talking about something that’s a huge part of your life: school! Some mornings it’s exciting, and other mornings… well, you’d rather stay in bed. But here’s the truth: school isn’t just about grades or homework — it’s one of the ways God helps you grow. In Luke 2:52, the Bible says, “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and with people.” That means even Jesus — the Son of God — went to school! He learned scripture, listened to teachers, asked questions, and practiced skills like carpentry from His father, Joseph. Jesus understands what it’s like to learn, to try hard, and to grow. When you’re studying, sitting in class, or learning something new — even when it’s hard — God is shaping your heart and mind. He’s teaching you how to think, how to be kind, and how to live with purpose. So, whether you’re solving math problems, writing stories, or learning how to be a good teammate, remember: every bit of learning is a chance to worship God. In this episode, we’ll talk about how to find joy and thankfulness in school — from your favorite subjects to the teachers and friends who make your day better. Before you go, talk about this together: What’s one thing about school you can thank God for today, and how can you make the most of the rest of your week? And remember, no matter where you are or how you’re listening, God loves you. 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus 📺 YouTube: https://bit.ly/YoutubeCPWJ 💻 Podbean: https://bit.ly/PodbeanCPWJ 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.
Hey Carpool Crew, it’s Pastor Justin — and today we’re talking about something exciting: being thankful for adventures! Whether it’s a road trip, a vacation, or just exploring a new park, every trip is a chance to see God’s goodness in new places and with new people. In Psalm 121:8, the Bible says, “The Lord will protect your coming and going both now and forever.” This verse comes from a special group of Psalms called the Songs of Ascent — songs that God’s people used to sing while they traveled to Jerusalem to worship Him. Every step of their journey reminded them that God was with them wherever they went. If Jesus were riding in the car with you — maybe squeezed between the suitcases with a snack bag in hand — I think He’d say, “Every road trip, every walk, every sunrise — it all reminds you that my Father made this world for you to enjoy. Be thankful for it.” In this episode, we’ll talk about how every adventure is a gift — from the laughter and memories with your family to the unexpected moments that make each trip special. Even when things don’t go as planned, God is still showing His creativity, His faithfulness, and His love for fun. Before you go, talk about this together: What’s one adventure or family trip you’re thankful for, and how did you see God’s goodness along the way? And remember, no matter where you are or how you’re listening, God loves you. 🔗 Listen & Subscribe 🍏 Apple Podcasts: https://apple.co/4gUygJo 🎧 Spotify: https://bit.ly/SpotifyPlus 📺 YouTube: https://bit.ly/YoutubeCPWJ 💻 Podbean: https://bit.ly/PodbeanCPWJ 📱 Instagram: https://bit.ly/InstagramCPWJ 🚗 Facebook Community: https://bit.ly/CPWJFB Christian kids podcast, Bible stories for kids, kids devotional podcast, Jesus podcast for children, short Christian podcast for kids, podcast for kids in the car, faith-based podcast for children, Christian content for school mornings, daily Bible podcast for kids, morning devotions for families, Bible podcast for elementary kids, Jesus stories kids love, teaching kids about faith, helping kids follow Jesus, Christian parenting resources, raising Christian children, encouraging Christian kids, learning about Jesus for kids, Christian media for families.
