Description

What happens when a truck driver picks up a loaded trailer, but has no idea what’s really inside? Tony, Grammy, and Emmy award winner Cynthia Erivo journeys down a dark and lonely highway in this original scripted thriller from QCODE and creator Dan Blank. With immersive audio techniques that create a dimensional listening experience, the audience is strongly advised to use caution, wear headphones if possible, and listen... carefully.

voice actors are great, but the story is not very cohesive and comprehensible at times, as if this was taken directly from tv or film thus needing more narration.

I’m on “Breakdown”. Sometimes her panting and grunting with no context gets to be a bit tedious.

This is a pretty good story. Exceeded my expectations. The ending was a bit rushed though( kind of a let down) but overall I enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend: Limetown, Dirty John, Dr. Death

Thank you for the amazing podcast. Carrier has singelhandedly outclassed all its peers, and I can only hope your peers follow suit. This way (maybe) we can welcome in the new golden age of storytelling.

Is this over? I liked it, but I feel like it came to a rather abrupt end. I’m hoping there will be more.

Great sound quality, but I got to say that the actress is terrible at sounding like she's crying. She was like one of my kids fake crying and then immediately stopping to speak. My biggest gripe though is why take a story premise that's already been written and done in podcast form, and use that for your very own?.. I mean can't they come up with something quite different than a woman that drives a big rig? How about a man that drives a taxi? Or better yet, a saytr that rides a horse across the country..
