Why does he have to sign the interview to use it? He confessed when he said he did it alone.
This happened in my town. it's so sad
This podcast is always a go-to when I'm traveling. Whether stuck in an airport or miles from the next gas stop, Casefile gobbles up the time and I love it.
I really don’t know how anyone who cares at all about children can have any affiliation with the Catholic Church. I don’t think their God would condone protecting child molesters.
My absolute nightmare. Can’t imagine what this poor mother is going through.
Why are we talking so much about the podcast In the Shadows when there hasn't been any new episodes since February? I don't understand.
This is commonplace during wars. They’re just aren’t too many soldiers with integrity like Justin to come forward. Oh, and war is a always a lie.
Another bible-thumper with morality issues. I just don’t get it, does he not actually believe in his God and the supposed ‘day of reckoning’? Even if he got away with it his God would know.
I love casefile but this was a long winded, and ultimately, uneventful episode
you should do a podcast on the colt family in Australia ( I think)
this story is all over the place. too many different characters
This lady needed to get a fucking Hobby.
omg hes soooooo boring
best episode ever 😂😂😂
Dear Casefile, It is a Polygraph, not a "Lie Detector". It is proven unreliable. A psychopath can easily beat a Polygraph.

I'm disappointed with the editorialising in this episode. Bite mark analysis has been debunked as a pseudoscience, yet the episode doesn't mention it -- in spite of that being the only hard evidence! If you relisten to this episode with that in mind, the suspect was rightfully found "not (proven) guilty". This is a terrible case. I absolutely get wanting to have someone to direct all the rage, disgust and sadness at. But you can't convict someone because it gives you peace of mind if the evidence isn't there. Yet Casefile has.
this one hurts. what a disaster our legal system can be!
