This is the last weekend to process and mail those 1099s.  We discuss some of the changes in the reporting requirements and the increased penalty for each 1099 you do not file.  What is a 1099K and how will that affect you?  If you paid by credit card, debit card or a service such as PayPal you will need to exclude those amounts from the 1099-Misc forms as they will be reported on the 1099K.
