We back in the stu discussing choosing a good mood, I believe that if more of us begin to do this more people will become more happier in life. Keep going because your life is only getting better from here on out.

In this new chatper of my life first off Im grateful to have made it this far. This podcast EP is actually the Chapter that I am entering into in my life. And the gift to myself is to release the attachment to what I thought life should be life. Just because one path doesnt work out it not the end of the world. Everyday we get better and better.
See yourself as you want others to see you. Confidence carries. And if you want to start being more confident in yourself, you’re going to have to start believing and saying it. No more surface level thinking, because time is just passing us by. It’s always time to make some changes. It’s time to level up. It’s time to be bold and courageous, and know that you were meant for so much more.
Life is all what we make it out to be but here are a few things I have taken from previous life experiences that help me become the best version of myself.
You have nothing to prove because you are already that guy that girl. Approve who you are right now while you are in the process of getting better.
here are thirteen things about life I wish I had known 10 years ago. It was going to be 25 but it took me 20 minutes to get out 13 so Im going to do a part 2 when this gets 10 listens. Also I said a curse word please forgive.
If we let go of resistance and tension maybe we will feel lighter in life. We're not to go through life with this heaviness. Instead we should be loving and liking ourselves while we are in the process of changing. Remember Life is Great and Only Getting Better.

Cant always stop negative thoughts from coming but you can choose to change your mind to affirm something more uplifting. Remember you are on a journey give yourself some grace.
What does the perfect routine look like to you? does it make you feel better? do better? live better? I had to change my daily routine up real quick after I realized how much i was letting myself go. The secret of success is found in our daily routine.
like me in this video, I always picture my recording being perfectly recorded and then mid way through, i lost my train of thought lol. Just like in life I just keep going. Life is not perfect but if you learn to be more honest with yourself it will make it a whole lot lighter. learning to become emotionally healthy has helped me heal from so many emotional wounds i didnt know existed. Here's to more peace of mind.
Craving is ultimately the source of our mental struggles and dissatisfaction . Some days I would just drag getting out of bed because I don’t want to feel like I faced today’s problems by in reality, I was just creating problems in my head to cause more problems. I had the answers all along.
No matter where you are in life, we have the option to switch it up for something different Happy Fresh New Beginnings

It feels so good to be angry hold a grudge or be negative but, what we don’t realize is once we let those negative emotions go we start to feel a lot better about today. Let go of what no longer serves you so you can embrace the life you truly deserve.
It’s easy to let the pressures of life get us down. That’s why we need to remember to laugh and smile, knowing that what we’re going through is not our forever, and to see this good in every situation or person.
