Chai Time with Moms was inspired by moms, as we go about our daily lives. Three women, friends since high school, now married with kids, juggling life, career and motherhood want to inject the ethos of fun, friendship and faith through their morning chat.

Sara Chaudhry is a mom of two amazing teenage kids currently living in London, UK. Pareesa Naveed is a mom of 2 gorgeous girls currently living in New Jersey, USA. Asmita Savalia is a mom of adorable twins & triplets (all boys) currently living in Maryland, USA.

It’s open topics month. This one is very close to home with Keisha as she supports her daughter with an eating disorder. Why is media influencing the way our young people see themselves? This ‘brainwashing’ needs to stop! We are all humans, and need to be seen as healthy humans, of all sizes, colours, heights and weights. Hope you all enjoy this serious chat and it encourages open conversations and changes from within the home.
It’s been a long weekend and with lockdown easing we are seeing families and friends once again. What a great feeling! Can’t wait till we can actually hug them... It’s our last episode in March the month of Growth. We are so honoured to have a special guest. Sabina, a therapist and counsellor joins us as we chat about a fixed mindset versus a growth mindset.
