When's the last time someone said that to you? Personally, this was a new concept to me a few years ago. I always thought I wasn't being dependable or that I was going back on my word if I changed my mind. What I realize now is that changing your mind is actually allowing yourself to grow and evolve...which doesn't always suit everyone around you.
In this episode I talk about how I've been growing and evolving to show up even when I don't feel qualified or ready to. How I'm allowing myself to question the information I'm given and decide whether that feels right and how you too can do this to bring more love into your life.
After a summer of transformation and self-discovery I'm happy to be back to share guidance from the universe. In this episode I discuss:
-how changing ourselves can change the world
-why putting yourself first doesn't mean you're selfish
-humanity's wavering stance on bodily autonomy
-honoring each other's choices and boundaries
-how giving yourself compassion, enables compassion for others
-living life with an abundance mindset
If the messages resonate with you please share with others so we can spread the love, and make sure you subscribe, because I am still working on consistency ;)
In this episode I discuss how the wounds for Indigenous people are part of a far larger issue for humanity that we all sense, but rarely acknowledge.
The first steps for healing are acknowledging and understanding how we got where we are by listening to the voices of Indigenous peoples, and then each of us taking individual action to create a wave of change.

In this episode I share how acknowledging and listening to the messages behind our emotion can guide us into taking action to move into alignment with our highest self. When we move into alignment we can live with more desirable emotional states. In doing this we heal not only ourselves but begin to heal those around us simply by showing that it's possible. If we want to live in a more peaceful, balanced world, we need to heal each and every part of it, starting with ourselves.
What is self sovereignty and why should we care? This is a concept that I have begun to explore a lot over the past year and it has really helped me to dispel a lot of the negative limiting beliefs and ideas that were stopping me from stepping into the life I really want. Sovereignty is defined as ultimate power or authority; freedom from external control, autonomy. I don't know about you, but the thought that we don't have full sovereignty over ourselves is disconcerting for me. For weeks I have been exploring the idea to understand it better. Each time I gained new understandings until Source channeled a message for me to share. In this episode I share that message, my interpretation, and how to take action to not only empower ourselves, but humanity as a whole.
If this message resonates with you I'd love if you would share it with your loved ones. And because I'm a sporadic poster, please subscribe so you don't miss future episodes!
