I was also in a flip over car accident after hydroplaning in a severe storm incident. landed upside down in flash flood waters trapped by my seat belt. (yup I was that 1% of 1% statistic) After fighting to get vision issues resolved for more than 6 wks I was finally sent for vision therapy with an ophthalmologists who was amazing. Took 9 months of hard brain retraining and cognitive therapy to overcome challenges. Cognitive issues combined with emotional changes forced me to quit my job on the spot. Looking back I wonder why I didnt take my therapists suggestion of going on disability. Four years later I still have some triggers which bring up anxiety but its quickly handled with the tools I learned. Sorry for the long story. You're lucky I didnt tangent. but I wonder if my ADHD maybe helped me through those initial 9 months. Thanks for listening.

I was genuinely excited to listen to this podcast thinking it was actually going to informative and helpful, but quickly have realized it is a proselytization to Christianity podcast. I now realize why the podcast has a whopping 2k subs. Mrs Amen, a word of suggestion. You are over the top with your interruption and disrespect (albeit I'm guessing its not intentional nor malicious) with which you choose to communicate with people. Even if this weren't a proselytization podcast of your own blind beliefs and reckless religion racket (noise) - I still couldn't listen to this podcast because you make it quite difficult to listen to. I hope you accept this as productive criticism and not some shallow attack on you. ...now to find a more appropriate brain and thyrpid health podcast that sports and supports an approach that doesnt involve shoving a religion on its listeners basing their conversation on personal beliefs without facts. :/

It’s fine to be intense, just stop interrupting. Let other people speak too.

I’m loving all this useful Information but...the woman in this podcast is speaking much closer to the microphone and it hurts my ears. I have to turn it up when the man talks, and then when she talks it’s super loud.

Love this show. Respectfully, I kind of wish the wife could control her impulsiveness so we can hear more from the doctor. — over all very informative channel! Las Vegas ADHD nursing student. Very relatable information to work on self understanding and improvement. Love love love this :)

I am not happy that you've not grouped "pornography " with the "more destructive" addictions.
