We as a whole have those companionships that we realize we have to leave, yet the reasons may be. I have known them for quite a while. I realize they love me. Life throws us many curve balls. Yet, we can get through it because God is with us. He never promised a rose garden. However, he has left us with many stories in the Bible to offer encouragement.

All is not lost ,all is not gone and you are not alone so bring up a chair and sit down. Sabrina is going to talj about how to cope when you don't feel like life is going your way and you feel hopeless.

My depression stays in check because I do the following. I have #boundaries. 2. I take #naps and go to #sleep on time. 3. I have #supporters and #encouragement. 4. #exercise (#swimming and #weightlifting) 5. Eating #healthy foods that will give me #energy and not laden with to much sugar or salt. 6. I #travel (#staycations, taking planned #vacations,#solotravel). 7. I spend time alone just to relax ), clear my mind and do #positive #self-talk. 8. I am okay not being okay at times 9. I always have joy and my #faith in #God. 10. I read and #journaling You have to find what works for you. Yet, know not taking of yourself only makes things worse than they are. At some point in all all our lives we struggle to bring our life together. Some may expierence a mental health crisis and feel lost. Yet, do not despair my friend God is here with you. Like silver we have flaws and are not perfect as gold is. Guess what? God does not need you to be perfect just a willingness to ask for help when you need it.
