As our study in the book of Luke comes to a close, Pastor Bill teaches how the tomb was empty, hope was alive, and everything changed—Luke 24 tells the story of the risen Jesus turning fear into faith and launching a message meant for the whole world.

As our study in Luke continues, in these two chapters Pastor Bill teaches how Jesus was betrayed and condemned though innocent, Jesus faces the cross with courage and compassion. Even in His final moments, He offers mercy and hope. His death isn’t the end—it’s the turning point that changes everything.

In this teaching Pastor Bill unpacks how it's all about the calm before the storm—Jesus knowingly walking toward betrayal and the cross, sharing a final meal, redefining greatness as servanthood, warning His friends of their coming failures, and preparing them for life and mission after He is gone. In our study in chapter 21, Pastor Bill teaches Jesus’ call to stay faithful, stay alert, and stay hopeful as He explains both the coming destruction of Jerusalem and the future events leading up to His return.

As we explore Luke 20, Pastor Bill shows how Jesus exposes the leaders’ hypocrisy, answers their traps with wisdom, and warns the people to beware of proud leaders who reject God’s truth.

Our study in Luke 19 reads like a single call: Receive the King, reorder your life under His rule, and steward His trust until He comes again. How you respond to Him determines everything! In this teaching Pastor Bill unpacks Zacchaeus showing the right response; the Parable of the Ten Minas teaching faithful stewardship amid mixed allegiance and outright rejection; and the Jesus’ tears over Jerusalem.

In this teaching Pastor Bill explains how Luke 18 strings together scenes that redefine faith. A widow’s persistence says, “Pray and don’t lose heart.” A tax collector’s simple, honest prayer beats religious performance. Children remind us the kingdom is received, not earned. A wealthy ruler shows how good things can become ultimate things—and how surrender invites the “impossible” of God. On the way to the cross, Jesus opens a blind man’s eyes. Join Pastor Bill as we walk through Luke 16 and 17—Jesus’ call to faithful stewardship, mercy for the poor, and hearts shaped by Scripture. Then, a challenge to live with humble obedience, generous forgiveness, grateful faith, and eyes open to God’s kingdom already among us.

Continuing our study in Luke, chapter 14 presents Jesus modeling mercy, teaching humility and inclusive hospitality, and demanding that disciples count the cost and carry the cross. Then we move into Luke 15, we see how Jesus answers religious grumbling with the lost sheep, coin, and son—showing God’s eager pursuit and heaven’s joy over repentance, where grace restores the humble.

In this teaching Pastor Bill explains how this chapter emphasizes repentance,spiritual fruitfulness, compassion over legalism, and readiness for God’skingdom. It reminds us that God is patient but just, and that we must respondto His call before it’s too late. Turn to God while there’s still time—bearfruit, show mercy, and walk the narrow path.

Pastor Bill guide us through Luke 12 as we see we Jesus' teaching focusing on hypocrisy, materialism, divine care and readiness for His return. Always remember the importance of living in readiness and making peace with God and others beforefacing judgement.

As we continue our study in Luke 11, we learn those who hear the word of God and keep it are blessed. In this study Pastor Bill expands on several things we need to do to receive and keep those blessings.

As we begin our study in chapter 11, we begin learning how Jesus teaches His disciples how to pray, giving them asimple model that honors God, asks for daily needs, forgiveness, and protectionfrom temptation. He then encourages persistence in prayer, assuring that God isa generous Father who gives good gifts—especially His Spirit—to those who ask.

After saying how much discipleship can cost, in this study we see Jesus sending the 70 out to do the very thing that can be so costly. In our study Pastor Bill expands on Jesus'  teachings on discipleship, mission, love and the kingdom of God.
