She opens up and talks about her transformation including the highs and lows and the hard work that is has taken her to get to where she is now.  Julie has lost close to 15kgs and she shares her journey including overcoming the excuses she once made for herself that have always held her back in the past such as menopause, lockdowns and her age. To see her shine and work her way through those obstacles is inspiring and shows what can be done with a little hard work, determination and support.
