One of your biggest competitive advantages is knowing yourself. The more you are able to understand yourself, the better equipped you are to deal with issues and problems on a daily basis, especially those that take you out of your comfort zone. Self-knowledge allows you to change any of your own inhibiting actions and unleash your creative abilities.
Personal growth can be difficult. it requires us to evaluate where we are and whether or not things are working in our lives. If they aren't working, we need to change. And, managing change can be stressful whether we instigated it or it has been created by an external force. Being cognizant of this and strategically planning the change for personal growth are both critical factors to a successful outcome.
Most human beings are uncomfortable with uncertainty. They resist change. They insist on doing things the old way. When this happens, it can produce stagnation and limit growth. People often resist anything that requires effort. Given the choice of doing something that requires little effort or doing something that is difficult, most people opt for the easy.
What about you? Do you make the practice of self-evaluation a habit? It's surprising that only a small percentage of people actually self-evaluate. You can greatly improve your effectiveness when you know yourself. Have you changed? Are you trying to be the way you've always been? Or, are you looking for new and different ways to do things.
Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough, as she explores ways you can get to know yourself better and things you can do to make your life even better than it already is.

All of us are touched by cancer in some way. We have it, someone we know has it, someone we love has it, or we've lost someone who has had it. We don't go through life cancer-free.
Even though traveling the cancer road was a rocky and difficult journey, our Choices host, Judi Moreo, has some interesting insights to share about the lessons learned while on this journey. The path through cancer has some enormous potholes, scary cliffs, and winding roads. It requires discipline, work, and change, and yet it is filled with excitement, discoveries, and life lessons which can bring us to a new and better place.
Through her personal story and practical suggestions, Judi shows us that cancer and fear are messages to change our lifestyle. Dr. James Sensenig, Founding President, of American Association of Naturopathic Physicians said about Judi, "She gets it! Judi understands the question is not 'What kind of treatment do I undergo?' but "How do I heal myself?' Her personal experiece with cancer taught her to recognize that recovery from chronic illness is often a recovery from an unhealthy life in many ways."
Listen in -- even if you don't have cancer -- you may get some ideas on how to stay healthy and not have to experience such a difficult journey.
For some people, stress and pressure are badges of honor. Many people talk proudly of how much stress they are under. The implication is that these people are stressed because they are doing very important work and have a significant amount of responsibility.
On the other hand, for some people, admitting to having stress is a display of weakness. Women (studies show) feel more comfortable using the term "stress" than men. They describe feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, and tension as stress. Even depression is often described as a symptom or a result of stress.
Whatever we call it, prolonged stress is not healthy and should not be touted as an essential part of life. However, new findings have come to light that tell us it is not the stress itself that is dangerous but whether or not we believe we are stressed. In other words, it's the way we "feel" about stress that makes stress stressful.
So, if we feel stress is harmful and we talk about how bad stress is for us, we make it even worse. If we don't see stress as bad or harmful, it won't be. The power of the mind should not be underrated. You can do lots of simple things to manage your stress. Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough, and learn what you can do.

Have you ever thought what it would be like to have something so drastic happen that would change your life forever? Something that would cause life as you know it to never be the same again? Not even close? Would you let it hold you back? Keep you from accomplishing your dreams?

Stan Morse has become a popular novelist: Brothers of Summer and Goering's Gold being his most recent accomplishments. And now he has written an exciting new book for teenage girls entitled, Nina B and the Honey Money Bunny.

Are you a person who rushes to judgment, overreacts, or gives up too soon? Do you worry about things that you can't control? If so, you may have a wrong attitude.
Attitude is the way we look at the world It's our expectations and beliefs. Our attitudes come from our opinions. Opinions come from thoughts. So, if you have wrong thinking, you can pretty well bet you have a wrong attitude. For many of us, this is just the way we are! But you weren't born with your attitude, you learned it. And you can change it. You just have to make the choice to change.
According to research by Robert Half International, seven out of every 10 fired employees were fired because of their inability to get along with someone else in the workplace...usually more than one someone else. Many times it's their boss!
Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, Licensed hypnotherapist and author of You Are More Than Enough, as she discusses Do You Have The Wrong Attitude? She will share with you tips and techniques for gaining a better attitude and having a more positive outlook on life. People who take responsibility for their attitudes, are goal-oriented, have the habit of right thinking, and demonstrate their integrity create a magnetic force that attracts people to them instead of pushing them away. Listen in and learn!
Have you ever felt you should have been more by now? Do you sometimes get discouraged or overwhelmed? Have you ever felt you were created for something more but you just don't know what?
If so, you aren't alone! There are people around the globe feeling these same things.
The truth is "you are enough." You can do, have, and be anything you want. You just have to stop letting the opinions of others be your opinion of you. You have to stop talking negative to yourself and putting yourself down. You have to start focusing on all the good there is about you.
The more you can imagine yourself being who you want to be, the more likely you are to be that person. If you can't see yourself succeeding, you will most likely not recognize an opportunity when it presents itself. You may even sabotage yourself or turn it down when it's offered to you.
Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough, as she talks about things you can do to help yourself believe "You Are Enough."
Do you feel as if your life is moving faster and faster? Today, we do everything fast....talk fast, eat fast, drive fast. Time is at a premium and most of us are afflicted with "hurry sickness." There never seems to be enough tme to do the things we have to do, much less the things we want to do. Many of us don't even have time to think! There are probably times when you feel like a spectator watching your own life unfold, instead of being in control. There is something terribly wrong with this picture.
Time is the most precious and limited resource you have. Time is unyielding. You can't stop it, slow it down, or save it. If you are like most people, trying to balance your life inside the time that you have is very challenging. It's almost impossible to get everything done and keep current with what's going on in the world.
Joan Baez once said, "You don't get to choose how you are going to die or when. You can only decide how you are going to live."
Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough,as she discusses how to make every minute of your life count for something.
Do you criticize yourself? Are you constantly finding something wrong with you? Do you put yourself down? If so, you need to stop it. The world is tough enough without you adding to it.
Stop talking about your negative traits. If you have faults, other people will find them soon enough if they are looking for them. You don't have to point them out to anyone. And you already know them, so you don't have to keep telling yourself about them.
You can improve your confidence by modifying your destructive behavior. Criticizing yourself is a destructive behavior. Make some conscious choices to think about yourself in a positive manner. Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough, as she shares with you some tips and techniques for reprograming your behaviors. It is up to you to create the self-confidence you wish to have.
Do You Pretend to Be Someone You Aren't?
Do you pretend to be someone other than who you are? Is that a bad thing? It depends. The power of the mind is awesome. As children, many of us pretended to be cowboys, cowgirls, doctors, nurses, fashion models, white rabbits and many other things. This would transition us to another world. As teenagers, many of us forgot to use the power of our imagination and fell into feelings of inferiority or not being enough. As adults, we know the mind is powerful and know that what we believe is what usually comes about. So could it be a good thing to pretend? As long as you are anchored in reality, knowing the truth about you and your situation. Then you can use the power of your imagination for good…for your success.
Napoleon Hill once said, “The imagination is the workshop of the soul.” This is where we can create who we want to be and what we want in our lives.
Pretending can be very powerful. If you want to travel the world, why not start cutting out pictures of all the places you want to go and put them in a scrapbook. Then write out what you will need to take with you to each of these places, who you will go with, what you will do while you are there.
You can use the art of visualization to become whomever you would like to become as well. Picture who you want to be...exactly as you want to be. This doesn’t mean you have to quit working . In fact, you may have to work harder, You must see in your mind who you want to be and what that person would be like and then take consistent action to make it come about.
Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough and licensed hypnotherapist, to find out how you can use the power of your mind to be the person you want to be.
Are you living the life of your dreams? The life you really want? Or, are you living a lie? Are you doing what you are doing because you feel you should? Are you trying to live up to the expectations of someone else? Are you deceiving yourself? Are you a fake, a phony, a fraud?
Deception comes in many forms....making excuses, pretending to be someone you aren't, or even attempts to manipulate others. If so, this can be destructive to yourself as well as to others.
Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough, as she discusses lying...to ourselves and others.. how we can turn this around in order to live a life of self-trust and dump our self-doubts and insecurities.
Are you ineffective, frustrated, insecure? If so, you weren't born this way. You learned it. And the good news is, learned behavior can be changed.
If you are not a positive person, have many regrets, are jealous of others, have lots of fears, seem to have a lot of bad luck, and feel that life is a constant struggle, it is time to stop making yourself miserable.
Success is a choice. You can choose to create the life you want. Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough, as she shares tips and techniques of how to connect with your inner power in order to turn loose of self-doubts and feelings of victimization.

Join Choiceshost, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough as she discusses whether or not worry is an instinct and whether or not you can do anything about it.
