These are so spot on, but I would add one. As a pastor's kid and then a pastor's wife (who was a YP and an AP, and an acting Sr.P for a season, too), the insecurity and lack of emotional health of the leading pastor is also a large source of conflict and will result at a loss of job at some point. Thanks for this excellent episode that can bring a great amount of awareness to both sides.
