Class Panels and Awards at Reunion Homecoming

Class of '63 Panel: Transitions: Making Sense of What's Going on Around Us and Within Us

This time of our lives brings lots of change; some of it wonderful and some of it difficult. There are beginnings: the pleasures and challenges of retirement, moving to a new home or city, finding new relationships. There are endings: the end of a lifetime's work, the loss of a partner, a move from a community that we know and love. Often, there is a deepening sense of spiritual connection with life's sacredness, and the myriad of possibilities for how we will spend our precious time. There may be may be relationship issues which emerge; health and financial challenges for us or our loved ones; or the accumulation of wealth to allow us to "give back" through philanthropy and volunteering. Whatever happens, this is a time of transition. Let us join together to hear life stories from some of our classmates and set the tone for meaningful sharing during this, our 50th reunion.
