Innovation takes thinking out of the box and looking at things from a different perspective. Often when one is presented with a new paradigm their initial reaction is to denigrate the idea. To become a innovative creative thinker on an ongoing basis, the goal is to find new paradigms and to try and understand from a different perspective. Those open mind experiences will often produce new innovative and creative ideas.
