Bill was a longtime Climax resident who also served at Climax-Scotts Community Schools Superintendent from 1965 until his retirement in 1978. Bill passed away in 2006, but thanks to the work of PHS through the years and small miracles of modern technology, Bill is back with us, if only for a moment.
