Sherry and La Vette emphasize the importance of using more modern ways to reach out to consumers, such as social media, email, and video referrals, to generate more conversions and loyalty. They also discuss the impact of the national Do not call registry on their industry, with Sherry mentioning that she is the hardest person to call due to her busy work schedule.
