We're back! Welcome to our Christmas & New Year special and what a show it is. Caroline joins us to talk about all things running, Phil returns and this time it's for a proper chat about his amazing marathon achievements, Paula drops by to tackle the hardest questions she's ever faced, and Toni rounds the show off with an inspirational interview about her running journey. Most of these interviews were recorded back in the summer, thank you so much to all of our guests for being so patient whilst Fran and Mike got this episode finally edited and finished! We are very excited to be bringing you a very special guest this week - Fran, Mike and Jim are joined by international gold medalist and inspirational British athlete Sally Gunnell OBE. Listen to us chat with the only woman to hold the World, Olympic, European, and Commonwealth Gold Medals at the same time about why she chose the 400m hurdles, where she keeps her medals, and what the camaraderie was like among the Team GB athletes in those golden years in the early 90s.
