Episode 6 - Coaching is Doing Less to get More Done
In this episode Dave Stitt is joined by Andy Robbins as they talk about how coaching can be used as a tool to effectively inspire and empower people in your team so that you can delegate tasks to get more done by doing less.
A lot of leaders get into leadership positions from gaining all of the experience. However, when you are leading people, the mission becomes more about what others can contribute rather than what experience you have. Coaching is the first best step that any leader can take to move the needle towards what effective leaders need to be.
Coaching allows leaders to take a step back from the issues at hand and look at the problems from another perspective. And when we can look at issues from an outsider's perspective, as opposed to being the one stuck insode the issue, we can start to navigate a new path to solving the problem.
Key topics:

Articulating what the future looks like,
Taking action towards the vision,
