Omg, new listener of podcasts in general, first comment ever. My daughter suggested these after I’ve had several panic attacks over not getting texted back or otherdumb things and finding wth is wrong with me at 46 years old. This one along with others you’ve done are blowing my mind!!!! So accurate, eye-opening and helpful. Jaw dropped several times and I was in car screaming “exactly” “yes”! Ty and keep doing what you are doing.

Thank you so much for this podcast. I am finally at 60 yrs of age realizing I am co- dependant. I can so relate to your sisters story. It isn't exactly the same but it opened my eyes about people pleasing and feeling different. I always thought co dependance was about drug or alcohol. I didn't realize it was also about relationships. Thank you. Thank you that it is free to listen to, otherwise I couldnt do it, I tend to be controlled by my husbands control of money.

This is a great podcast that features experts with different approaches and points of view regarding codependency. It has helped me a lot to identify some of my feelings, thoughts, and behaviors and helps me not feel like I'm crazy and alone. The experts give great information and the interviews are very nourishing to me. I'm glad I found this podcast.
