A couple of weeks ago I did a presentation about making sense of preschoolers. Some of the questions I received were about getting little ones to eat more healthy food. In this episode, I share a few thoughts and ideas that helped me in those early days. Now that my kids are older, they love eating home-cooked meals and are mindful of their food choices.
Mothering involves more than just giving birth to a child; it also refers to taking on the responsibility of nurturing and caring for a child. This includes providing physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual support in order to ensure a child's holistic development. Raising children can be difficult, so seeking help and support from the community is essential. If you enjoyed this podcast, please remember to like and subscribe! What do we want our children to believe about themselves? And how do we help them build a strong inner identity, so they’re less likely to suffer from depression or anxiety? I’m super excited to share this special conversation with a dear friend, Kadzo Kangwana. Kadzo’s wisdom and support in the early years of my parenting have influenced the work I do today.  And her recent book ‘Noble Soul: A Guide to Spiritual Growth for Women’ is a must-read for women and anyone raising a woman!
