In this episode we chat with Megan Byrne, long time coffee professional who has done it all. From her beginnings as a Barista to working for one of Dublin's biggest roasters, Silverskin. We chat about brewing methods, why she loves coffee, and what coffee she's been drinking lately. 

We are fortunate enough to know some great coffee professionals who are so passionate about what they do and the industry they work in. One of the most passionate, humble and genuine of them is Roger Gonzalez Zapata. We could have talked for hours. In episode 2 we hear from two different coffee roasters.  First up is Richard from New Kid Coffee in Letterkenny, Donegal, discussing how they got started, why good coffee should be easily accessible for all, and how they aged coffee in local whiskey barrells.  Followed by Dylan from Eighty9, founded by J.J Darboven. Based in Dun Laoghaire with both a cafe and roastery, we chat about Probat roasters, coffee tins, and hear his tips for brewing at home.
