In this episode we chat with Megan Byrne, long time coffee professional who has done it all. From her beginnings as a Barista to working for one of Dublin's biggest roasters, Silverskin. We chat about brewing methods, why she loves coffee, and what coffee she's been drinking lately.

Based in Dun Laoghaire with both a cafe and roastery, we chat about Probat roasters, coffee tins, and hear his tips for brewing at home.
