Description

Based on the iconic, Emmy-nominated series on A&E, this show explores some of the most difficult-to-solve murders, which stymied investigators and went cold, sometimes for decades. In fact, one-third of all murders in America remain open. But thanks to dogged investigators and breakthroughs in forensic technology, these cases become part of the rare 1% of cold cases that are ever solved. Cold Case Files is hosted by Paula Barros.

It kills me that Morgan blames herself still to this day! It was society and the police that are at fault! They did nothing except blame Morgan for getting into his car and going into the house with him. Infuriating. Women must never forget how far we have come from this kind of treatment !

I wish there was a better way to track unsolved murders across the country! It floors me how many Clyde-type individuals are out there. I don’t understand why states don’t have an easier way to work together to solve these types of murders.

A hooker and thief trying to convince herself and others that she's not what she is, is so pathetic! He's done vou terrible, but have you ever asked yourself the question “why have I robbed him”? When you say: “The whole me sleeping with men for money wasn't true!" You’re just another lazy ass looking for easy fast money. You were a terrible hooker! you had even a prostitutes crew too! I have no empathy for you and I judge you. It's not a right thing to allow you tell your twisted story.

If she was to just read a script.. that would be a totally different matter. But where this podcast goes off the rails. Is she creates her own narrative. That's the whole problem!. Because she clearly has no common sense whatsoever. Very juvenile person. Most of us have that little voice in our head that says. "Don't say that it will make me sound stupid". She has no such voice. Literally no self preservation for making yourself sound like a goddamn Fool.

This is so far truly the worst episode of this podcast I've ever heard. It's ruined by Brooke the narrator. I just don't understand why she is the way she is. I would almost suggest listening to see what I mean. She's just terrible, gives me a headache. It isn't just her terrible voice. It is the way that she thinks. I can't wrap my head around it. I would say that it's self-indulgent. But I would also say small and child like. Absolute worst choice to host a show that could otherwise be great.

despite the DNA evidence and him pleading guilty I always thought he says "they think I killed her", regardless given the available information I believe he did commit the crime. To me what they think he said and what he actually said is different. but recorded mumbles are difficult to completely determine.

The original police on this case, obviously got lazy or just plain incompetent about verifying information! I’m shocked that they interviewed someone claiming they were a certain person when they actually weren’t whom they said they were !! That is insane.
