One area that is often overlooked in the athletes life is hiring an Athletic Performance coach. We are so fortunate to have Mike Linn who was the Director of Athletic Performance at UCLA for 25 years. He shares the many benefits as to how he can help the Level 9 working to become a Level 10 in regards to strength and also how the recruited Level 10 needs to be prepared for college in the area of strength training. Mike also works with athletes who are returning to their sport after an injury. He builds a plan for each athlete as well as enhances their confidence to comeback strong. You have had your phone calls and gone to summer college camps, now its time to move into the phase of Official Visits. How many OV should you schedule? What order should they be in? What if you do not have any OV scheduled yet? How do you get more visits on the calendar? If you need help in the recruiting process, we are here for you and your family.
