This is a very relaxing podcast. I enjoy hearing about "mindful creativity", and Lisa has a very soothing voice. Its a good reminder to take some time every day to be mindful, slow down, and create something that appeals to you- for no reason other than personal enjoyment and reflection. This is a good podcast to listen before sleep for winding down time

Lisa is so genuine and authentic, I feel like she's been a friend for years. I first saw Lisa on IG and could seriously watch her handletter for hours. I wanted to see if I could do it myself and what-do-you-know, I can! Her podcast goes into the "why" behind her lettering and has encouraged me to find my "why". I love her thoughts on mental health and taking time to do something fun for yourself. I'm looking forward to more episodes!!
