But how? While some of us are seeing our businesses sinking, local shops closing, struggling with isolation & mental health, increased family pressures....🌱How can this be moment of opportunity and how can we embrace it?🌱What is this opportunity, and what does it look like in our daily lives to engage with the possibility of change that this time offering?🌱How can we move from being negatively impact by this pandemic and climate breakdown to making use of the opportunity in a positive way, to plant seeds for a new way of caring for communities and the land we live on?🌱How can we move towards resilience responses around our essentials resources like food & energy? This is the conversation we will be having... each week we will have inspiring people to lead us in this dialogue, to share their experiences of what can bring about a deeper relationship to the communities we live in, whilst receiving and being part of more support.Seeing not only what can support us personally at this time, but what can also help us to move from individual focus to community focus. We cannot thrive alone, but we can thrive together....Please join the calls, bring your questions, share your comments, be part of this inspirational experience to share in our common journey towards embracing what this moment has to offer and seeing how we can be part of creating community resilience in the process.More information about our speakers...🌿Catherine Hale ~www.catherinehale.co.uk🌿Julia Paulette Hollenbery ~www.lovinglife.co.uk🌿Suzi Crockford ~www.suzicrockford.com🌿Katherine Jordan ~www.therapeuticsupportservices.com &www.devontherapyhub.com~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~#communityspirit #communitysupport #communitymatters #coviduk #deepadaption #resilience #wereinthistogether #mindfulness #naturetherapy #UniteForFreedom #CommunityWellbeing #communitywellness #freeevent #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters #mentalwellness #lockdown2021Support the show (https://www.paypal.com/donate?hosted_button_id=HL79AS9JQHBLE)
