After watching a movie about being stuck in a time loop, patterns emerged for people stuck in a loop.
Trying to discern if there is one best path forward for humanity, and what does progress mean.  Also touching on the idea about taking on something to bear.
Is it better to be safe and still, or dangerous and moving? Overabundance of safety leads to resentment, and not being ready for tests as they come up. Does not needing to try lead to a loss of will?

Are there darker elements to our being and how should they be handled? And, as in all things, is it about moderation?
A journey though the woods and thoughts. Finding daily joy, finding simplicity, finding balance. Tying back to previous thought catalogs.
"If you could write a letter to your younger self, would you?" Diving deeper into this quote and coming to a different place.
Staring at the mountains and having them stare back.  Taking a hike and mainly exploring an idea of the "Minimum Necessary Force to Build Momentum" towards a goal or habit.
Exploring having a toolkit mentality when it comes to available information, ideas, books, philosophies, and thought patterns.
Thinking about how being a few degrees off in thought process can lead to potentially harmful effects years down the road. And a slight adjustment in thinking can disrupt that.
Capturing a moment of being in a foggy state of mind and comparing it to being in a clear state of mind.
Looking at when the act of doing something becomes the point of it, and the original intent is lost. (Recorded moments after having that epiphany)
