My favourite episode so far, really excellent, I so admire the honesty, & as always Maddie and Carlito give great insight. If you guys are readers can I recommend What Happened to You by Bruce Perry and Oprah Winfrey, or better still get the audiobook and listen together. It's truly incredible and as adults a great insight into why/how earlier experiences affect our today.

wow you speak for so many parents Maddie is so right how the young ones not meet friends but then be expected to go to school with those friends? Thanks for helping me see it from my 18 year old daughters point if view I'll now be sitting down and asking her how do you feel about the future. xx

This is the 1st ever episode of your podcast I've listened to, I'm a sub on YouTube (relatively new and shy so don't comment), but I wanted to leave a note to tell you how much I enjoyed it and love you all

I'm new to podcasts and this has been very helpful. I have mental health problems myself with 2 kids and I am very honest with them about my health, this i think has made my son more open with me about how he feels ect. it's nice to hear I am not the only one out there being so open with my kids.
