Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and chaotic, almost as if we're spinning out of control. I used to live my life like this on the daily, constantly wreaking havoc on my nervous system, while pushing my limits physically and mentally. Over the years, I have come up with a few concepts that help keep me grounded, so that the days of overwhelm are far and few between. In today's episode, I'm sharing these life changing concepts with you, so that you too can create more ease in your life. Research has shown that roughly 95% of our behavior is driven by our subconscious beliefs. What are subconscious beliefs? My definition of this is our beliefs that drive our autopilot behaviors, our patterns or our software if you will, that was developed based on our past experiences, and what we were told about 'how the world works' by those who raised us. It feels as though you don't hold the ability to change these, often stating, "this is just the way I am." Then comes neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to change and adapt its structure and function throughout life. What this means is the way in which we 'do things the way we've always done them' is changeable! In today's episode, I dive more into how to shift our subconscious beliefs, and how this process can completely change how you view the world, and the results that show up in your life. My hope is that when you discover some unhelpful subconscious beliefs, you're able to identify what you would prefer to believe, and understand the process to make it happen. Enjoy!

It is one thing to know spiritual concepts, and it is a whole other thing to live them. We can read all of the books, listen to all of the podcasts, and take all of the courses, but until we're willing to apply these concepts, we won't really begin to see their shifts become evident in our lives. In today's episode, I share with you five different mental shifts that have supported me tremendously in my life. Once I was able to become aware of what I was doing that wasn't getting me to where I wanted, I was then able to discover the shift required to support the change I desired, and then I started living that out in my day to day life. By doing this, things began to unfold in my life that affirmed that these shifts were making a difference. My hope is that after listening, you can walk away with a shift to apply in your own life, getting you that much closer to the inner peace you desire. Enjoy!

Right before we're on the brink of surpassing our current limiting belief patterns, something called the 'extinction burst' occurs. This phenomena is supportive to understand if you are on your spiritual path with the goal of recognizing the truth of who you truly are, as if you're able to recognize it, you can see it for what it is and continue forward on your journey. In today's episode, I talk more about what the extinction burst is, how to recognize it on your own journey, and supportive practices to help you stay on track, so once and for all, you can put those limiting beliefs to rest. If you're human, it is likely that at one point or another, perhaps even right now, you've felt stuck and wondered where the heck is that thing I want? Whether it be the career title, the relationship, the financial abundance, the house, and the list goes on. It can be so challenging when we feel as though we're doing all of the 'right' things, but then there is no movement in our physical world to bring forth what it is that we want. I know for me, I get discouraged, and instantly think to myself, "what am I doing wrong?" This is a powerful affirmation (not creating what we want) that can be the sole reason as to why your desire isn't showing face. If you're here, first and foremost, you are not alone. I have felt this way many times before, and if you're a big dreamer like me (and I'm guessing you are if you're here), this can happen from time to time. I have so much love and empathy for you, and I am hopeful today's episode will break through all of the doubt, and remind you that you are 1., doing it right, and that 2., your desire is so real, and on its way to you, that you may as well start celebrating. My hope is that after listening, you're re-inspired to the good that is all around you in every moment, that you are not the exception to the rule, that you have not been forgotten, and that of course, your desire is on the way. The hardest part is letting it be easy. I recall my first life coach telling me this, and now it rings true more than ever. In a world where we are celebrated for the struggle, I am here to tell you that it doesn't have to be that way, and I can speak to this from experience. As someone who used to believe that life was just an endless to do list, working 50+ hours a week, defining my worth based on my outer achievements, and believing that there was no other way, I can understand and empathize why you may align with this approach. It can be tempting in today's world to look to others for how to go about living our own lives, especially with the access that we have to the behind the scenes of other people's journey. Unfortunately, this approach can often lead us into feeling unfulfilled, frustrated, and unhappy, because we're not living in alignment with our own personal truth. I believe that each of us has been given a unique path to 'success' and happiness, and if we get quiet enough, listen inward instead of out, we will be given the steps to create the most authentic and fulfilling journey. In this week's episode, I dive into the idea that we all have our own personal navigation system and desired destinations, how to access them, how to know when we're not following them, and a whole host of other insights to support you. I originally was going to title this week's episode, "How to Avoid Burnout", but giving energy to something we don't want, can make it somewhat challenging as we're ultimately giving it our attention and focus. When we completely shift our attention to what it is we do want, perhaps "Creating More Ease During the Holiday Season", we are now focusing on what we want, versus what we don't want, offering a much better path towards success. If you tend to over do it during the Holidays, you're certainly not alone. Listen in as I share tips for how to create more ease and flow, as we enjoy this wonderful time of year. I remember when I first heard the term 'limiting belief', and I was so unaware of the limiting beliefs that I had, that I actually thought I didn't have any ;). I am likely not the first person you've heard talk about limiting beliefs, but I think the big 'aha' I'm here to share with you today is that you're not the exception to the rule. I think sometimes our brains will tell us that big life changes and the ability to shift our limiting beliefs in order to create our dream life is available for someone else, not us. I am here to tell you the truth, that if it's available for me (and many others before me) it is for you too. Listen in to today's episode as I share the misconceptions around limiting beliefs, and my process for how I finally released many of my limiting beliefs that resulted in huge shifts in my life. This episode is a essentially a summary of what my entire podcast is about. I often address the idea that there is no 'there', the idea that once I get this physical thing outside of me to change, then I will be happy. This is a broken model, and will forever keep you at an arms length from your true fulfillment in life. Why is that though? In today's message, I explain why. My hope is that after listening, you are able to perhaps make this shift of understanding for yourself, or at the very least, it is the spark that creates curiosity to explore this idea more, once again reminding you that you are whole, you are enough, and you are worthy, just as you are. As we embark on our spiritual journey, the focus becomes more inward, and we start listening to our own guidance instead of the messages we receive outside ourselves. This shift often times can lead to feeling guilty as we are now honoring ourselves more than what others expect of us. In addition to this, when we listen inward, our spirit will guide us to slow down, and no longer task our life away. These two experiences can possibly create the questions of 1.) how do I release this guilt, and 2.) how can I keep myself from feeling the pattern of overwhelm, now that I know it no longer serves me? In today's episode, prompted from a listener's inquiry to me (thank you my friend), I address these two big questions and provide answers to apply on your own journey. As always, we are not alone in our challenges, so recognizing that you are fully supported on your path, and by applying the concepts I mention, I hope that it minimizes your experience of guilt and overwhelm. I always say that we only truly learn from our own personal experience, however, before we have any proof of our own, I suggest borrowing from others the representations of what we desire for ourselves. This helps us in the interim to believe that what we desire is possible, because someone else has experienced it before. This is why on today's episode, I share with you a story of how I decided to not settle for what I thought I could get, and instead, trusted that the Universe would deliver to me exactly what I wanted with ease, as long as I showcased trust and believed I was worthy to receive. If you're looking for extra faith while you're waiting for your desires to show up, I highly recommend giving this one a listen. My hope is that after listening, you a reminded that yes, your desires are real, that you don't have to settle, and that with faith, anything is possible. Enjoy!

What does it really take to change your life? A lot of us have been taught the model Do. Have. Be. What this means is we essentially agree to the idea that once I take action towards my goals, I can acquire what I need, to finally become the version of myself that I desire to be. As all desires are attached to an outcome of a feeling or emotion, something like, "once I get X, I will feel free, confident, proud of myself, deserving, worthy, etc." The frustrating fact is that this formula isn't accurate, thus leading so many down a rabbit hole of efforting, sacrifice, and exhaustion. Once you achieve that goal you thought would 'fix' you, another goal shows up and you are on an endless wheel to nowhere. A more supportive formula is Be. Do. Have. This version is that once we become the version of ourselves on an identity level that we desire to be, we then take inspired action in alignment with that energy, and then receive the desires we have for ourselves, while enjoying the journey along the way! With this 'identity shift' there are some common themes that can stop you in your tracks if they go unobserved, which can hold you back from allowing yourself to become the you that you know you are deep down. In today's episode, I talk more about this process of shifting your identity and call out some of the common challenges that you may face so you can prepare in advance, and then squash them once they show up to try and keep you small. My hope is that after listening you walk away with more confidence that yes, your dreams are not only possible, but that you now have a roadmap for how to get them to become your reality. Enjoy!

Every year when my Birthday comes around, I like to take some time to reflect on the past year, and think about what went well, what challenged me to grow, and the lessons learned. In today's episode, I figured I'd share with you a few of the lessons I experienced from my 37th year which have helped me grow into the Morgan I find myself as today. Nicola Tesla stated, "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration”, and I can now state with 1000% confidence that this idea is absolutely true. Everything you desire was given to you based upon your unique skills, experience, and perspective, and your ability to receive the very desire itself is a manifestation fulfilled. However, in order to receive the desire in its physical form, a lot of us have been taught to create time bound goals, to hustle, grind, sweat it out, do whatever it takes, and then one day, maybe, if you're lucky, you'll get to experience it. In the way I see it (the Nikola Tesla way if you will), and have proven to myself that it is true, is that all of our desires vibrate at a specific frequency (energy), and when we raise our energetic vibration, via our thoughts and emotions, to match it, we can attract that very desire into our life with ease and joy. People, circumstances, and things begin to appear out of nowhere, and you get to experience the magic of the journey of life. To tap into this state, I have recorded for you "A Desire Fulfilled Meditation", that will allow you to vibrate at the energetic frequency to match your desire, so you can begin seeing the proof for yourself. I remember when I first started out on my spiritual path, I would often hear the phrase, 'your inner thoughts are what create your outer experience', and even though I wanted to understand this concept, I couldn't quite wrap my head around it.
