Hey, welcome back to the podcast Conquering Life where i talk about things that occupy my mind in the second episode i have talked about procrastination and how it gets in the way of getting things done mostly things that are very necessary or important If you listened to the earlier episode you know what I mentioned as my biggest enemy when trying to be productive the one that always seduces my mind into spending hours and hours of not doing what I planned to do oh yes, you guessed correctly I am talking about YouTube
There are virtues in this world. We admire heroes in movies who do what they think is right. Virtues like 'doing the right thing' are always encouraged. In school or in TV. But are we really prepared for what it takes to 'do the right thing'? Because it's often not doing the 'common thing' so that brings about quite some problems.  Do we actually know what that means? And is it still worth it? Let's dig into this. http://conquering-life.com/
"Most mother-in-laws are horrible".  Have you ever heard someone say a phrase like that?  Or: "Martial arts is very brutal." Or "Videogames make kids violent". I have come to the conclusion this is a subject that really plays a big role in daily life for each of us.  Whenever we listen to people we will catch lots of generalities that are thrown into the conversation.  Maybe we do it ourselves, too. Let's explore that subject a little. http://conquering-life.com/
Some things need to be done. Usually we know what these things are. I talk about how I react when important things need to be done. Honet self-reflection. There force is not always with you. Sometimes you gotta force the force. http://conquering-life.com/
In this first ever episode I talk about a recent experience I went through. For pretty much all my life I didn't put much importance onto keeping order. It was just not important for me. I could live with untidyness and didn't see much that was wrong with it. Most people who were super clean seemed like they have a nervous cleaning tick. I am describing a new point of view in this episode. http://conquering-life.com/
