Most people are focused on judging and labeling the beliefs, actions and words of others. They are focused on what they don't like about themselves, others and the world around them. Your mind is dominated by focusing on stress and the problems in life. It is important to focus on a possible solutions to your life's obstacles not just the obstacle itself. When you go to drive your automobile you have a destination or a route to take. You need to have a destination and a path for our own life.
Most humans are controlled by their mind. Your mind decides how you feel, what to eat, what to wear, what you like and dislike. The mind crates your attractions and aversions. Living in harmony with the divine and listening to your intuition leads to inner peace and less suffering. Learn how to listen to your body.
When most people pray, they pray to GOD in heaven or some other place that exists outside their physical body. GOD exists in every cell of our physical body. Treat your body so it is a worthy temple for GOD.
Understand how to heal body, mind and spirit at the same time. When body, mind and spirit are in balance with each other you experience peace.
Mental health is a popular and important topic. It is important to learn to understand our thought patterns and not to get caught up judging them. Most people have self-defeating or other negative thought patterns. Once you understand why you have those thoughts and understand how it doesn't serve you to think like that you can change.
Don't let our perceived limitations in our life define our journey. We perceive we have limitations such as pain, stress, knowledge, etc. We go around telling others about our pain, suffering or other limitations. If we see ourselves as healed and whole, then that is what we create.
For most people the events of life around them changes who they are inside. They let the news, weather or other people's words and actions change how they think and feel about themselves. Know who you are at a soul level. Don't allow anything or anyone to take your inner peace from you.
Darkness seems to be everywhere these days. We often make mistakes protecting ourselves from darkness and end up drawing more darkness to ourselves.
GOD is the Awareness of Love. Love is Source, Eternal Divine energy. Gods' Awareness of Love created all existence. Our Awareness of GOD creates our Human experience.

Our mind controls us more than we control it. The mind is frequently drifting off, getting obsessed with events from the past or future or stuck on an emotion. Learn to exist in a state of consciousness and awareness.
Awareness is about being aware that we are aware of the experience we are having in the present moment. The experience of being a spiritual being, having a human experience.
Who are you at a soul level? Who are you beyond your mind and body, your job or gender?
We all, on a daily basis, surrender our power to someone or something. For some it is to an addiction such as alcohol, unhealthy eating or other behavior habits. Others it is mental/emotional surrender of power to emotions such as fear and anger or negative thoughts. Often we surrender our power to others due our lack of self confidence.
Most people whom have chronic pain are usually fighting with/against the pain. If you can find a coexistence with the pain you can allow it to teach you how it serves you to exist with chronic pain. Allowing the pain to be your teacher allows you to set the pain free easier.
It is important to learn creative ways to get ourselves to let go of old patterns that don't serve us on our path to abundance of health, wealth and wisdom.
