Initiate records kicks off its journey as a label with “Schatz” - a mighty 8 track release representing their sound and musical direction to perfection. “Schatz” means treasure in German, and this label is on a treasure hunt for great music. From broken beats to techno, Initiate loves rich dub infused textures, complex polyrhythmic patterns and good old sound system science bass body feels, and this release does all that! “Schatz” is the track that gave the EP its name. It’s a hardy 170bpm tribal workout, layered with dubby pads and propelled by a galloping bassline. Following is Plunderer - a pirate of a track with a howling bassline reminiscent of DnB goodness and atmospheres taking you far away in the ocean. Fantasie ties the marauding tracks together with a smokey drone floating above the ocean. This release is accompanied by 4 great remixes. Hypnotic techno captain Ness remixed Fantasie to create a sailing groove that’ll steam up your dance floor. Circula’s remix of Schatz is a delicious 140bpm post dubstep dub voyage. It’s Broken. She began her career as a DJ in 2011 when she was working in a club in Córdoba, (Argentina) that two years later when she returned to Buenos Aires her hometown led her to study a career as a DJ-producer at "Arjaus" Electronic Music School. Alderaan is the pseudonym of Franco De Michele, a music producer and DJ from Buenos Aires, Argentina. In the year 2014, he began his carreer as producer by releasing music in the recognized dutch label Planet Rhythm. This gave him the support of great artists from all over the world, helping him to follow his carreer and releasing music in psysical format this time, in the english label Weekend Circuit. His discography extends to labels such as Mindtrip Music, Warm Up Recordings, Insula Records, Pole Group, among others. This has opened the doors to him to be an active part of the national scene in Argentina, playing in clubs like Cocoliche, Under Club or Bahrein, and also being a resident of the Deviant party. In the year 2017 he made his first tour in Europe where he performed at clubs such as Arena Club (Berlin), Razzmatazz (Barcelona), Moog (Barcelona) or 1988 Live Club (Rennes). At the end of 2017, he is recognized and nominated by DJ MAG LA as a rising producer of the Latin American scene. In the year 2018 his career as a DJ grows significantly, having several presentations in Argentina and Chile, and then taking him to his second tour of Europe. This time he presents at Tresor(Berlin), Cassette (Madrid), Audio Club (Geneva) and Laut (Barcelona). Kyntral emerged from the Buenos Aires electronic scene at the beginning of 2019 as co-founder of his own imprint, Danza Nativa. His first releases are coming from this platform, as well in the Italian label Natch Records. Currently he is developing as DJ and producer, with both facets being orientated to the deep techno genre. As a sound designer, he is characterised by psychedelic sounds, shimmering pads and tribal percussions, making clear his view on hypnotic music.
