This will help others find us and perhaps also find peace in these meditations. What is hypnosis? Is it safe? Is it mind control? Are these meditations safe? Hypnosis is safe, secure and a common form of therapy. Here in Contentment, we will never go into the therapy side of hypnosis, but I will use some hypnosis tools to help you get to a deep meditative state that is helpful for sleep, easing anxiety and finding deep relaxation.  (quick info: if you live with the schizophrenia- where you interpret reality via hallucinations and delusions- clear the use of any form of hypnosis with your medical doctor first, as hypnosis may trigger an episode.) No, it DEFINITELY is not mind control; you are the boss of your own mind and your own body. Here at Contentment I am bound by strict ethics both as a clinical hypnotherapist and a retired Registered Professional Counsellor to do no harm.
