Lynden totally nailed it when he said, "Hey, if you're gonna make all these promises in the contract, we expect you to stick to your word. Putting a cap on them just weakens the whole point." I am impressed by how effortlessly he breaks down these complex ideas. He entirely matches my thoughts on the clause's power and potential problems.
