Description
In the year 2017 alone, 139 people were exonerated for crimes they did not commit - some had even been sentenced to death. Many others were sentenced to forever.
Our mission is to share the stories of the Exonerated through their own voices empowering the individual Exoneree while also educating and compelling our listeners to help end this type of injustice. Only a flawed system convicts innocent people, but together we can correct those flaws and create a true system of justice.

Shame he has passed away now.
I can’t understand why a two year old would be taken to a cinema so late in the evening. A two year old would not sit long enough or fully understand a film. The attention span of most two year olds is minimal, they want to play etc… I would also expect a two year to be in bed so late in the evening. For any wrongfully convicted people my sadness is for them but also that the perpetrator(s) got away with their crime.
whys it stopped in Oct 18 no more??
good
Jesus Christ.. 20 mins of pointless talking about the dress
How the hell do you NOT know what he meant by "curl the tennis ball "?? Doing curls with weights, dumbbells?? His arm was so weak that he could only use a tennis ball as a weight
trying to download season 2 perceptions and origins and it keeps failing. Any advice from anyone on getting these to work?
I skipped the 1st 3 and started at episode 1. Theres enough to follow along from that point.
What happened to the rest of these episodes? Where can I hear the end? I downloaded the first 3 episodes some time ago and now the rest of them are nowhere to be found
Same here... where do we go to find it now?
can't listen to anything on either channel 😔😔😔
Me too. Both sources don't work
I cant listen too...why?
I agree popcorn popcorn popcorn. this would justify whether or not to lividity holds up. this will justify whether or not she was killed hours before or at the crime scene. it would give Richard credibility in his story. this is only touched on a couple of times in the podcast I feel like this is way huger than it's made out to be.
I don't understand why he stopped. I don't understand why he did not fight with this person. After the shot if it was meant for him why didn't go crazy against this person? What was the license number make and model of the vehicle. What was the description of the perpetrator. For me there is NO acceptable reason why he did not get back in his vehicle then go to the gas station. Brooke you stated you would run to the gas station. WHY? To say what I consider to be a stupid remark is just that STUPID. At the very least he is a COWARD. He left a baby to die and did not hold her. Unforgivable. What did this other person from the car do after the shot? Brooke you are not trained to know how to investigate. What involvement did the attorney play in this scenario with you? I have know idea what your age is but the sound of your voice makes me think you have 1) not been out of college very long 2) you have not been a social worker for very long. I have listed to you on Cold Case and found your
Could they not have checked Aja's stomach contents to see if she had popcorn and soft drink in there? That would lend some validity to her being alive and in the theatre with her father.
loved the series. I also listened to all of the episodes of cold case files and eagerly waiting for the next episode. You are awesome Brooke.👍
