Description

This podcast explores our earliest beginning —known as Early Primal Experience, - from preconception, the womb, through birth and early childhood
This is a space for anyone who’s ever felt that something early — before words, before memory — shaped how safe, connected, or worthy they feel today. We explore how our earliest beginnings, from the womb through birth and early attachment, leave imprints that still live in the body… and how understanding them can change everything.
You are invited into a mystical realm of remembering how you were shaped, and to allow your authentic self to emerge.

"What if the most spiritual thing you can do today is admit that you aren’t in total control?"In this episode of Cosmic Birth, we’re gently untangling a heavy knot in the spiritual world: the idea that every struggle is a reflection of our own "vibration." While empowerment is beautiful, the pressure to manifest a perfect reality can often feel like a second layer of trauma—especially for those of us who felt powerless early on.In this gentle conversation, we explore:Releasing the Weight: Why it’s okay (and healing) to acknowledge that some things like collective reality and early trauma were never your responsibility to "vibrate" away. The permission to acknowledge that some things are simply not your fault.Untangling the three layers of reality to find where your true power resides. The Safety of "I Don't Know": Moving from the anxiety of "absolute control" to the relief of being a beautifully imperfect human. How embracing your humanity offers more healing than any rigid affirmation script. If you’ve ever felt "not spiritual enough" because life is still messy, this episode is a permission slip to stop performing and start simply being.Visit my Website https://cosmicbirth.com/Take the Early Primal Core Needs Quiz https://juliasahalie.outgrow.us/PrimalCoreNeedsTake the Core Fear Quiz: http://cosmicbirth.com/core-fear-quizFollow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/juliasahalieFollow me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/juliasahalie
The Pattern Is the Clue: Nervous System Coping Patterns & Disowned NeedsWhy do we keep repeating the same emotional patterns in relationships? Why do people-pleasing, overachieving, hyper-independence, or control show up even when we try to change them?In this episode, I explore how our nervous system coping patterns develop as intelligent adaptations to early trauma and childhood attachment experiences.Rather than seeing patterns as flaws, this episode reframes them as clues to deeper unmet needs formed during our earliest developmental stages — including the prenatal period, birth experience, and early attachment years.Drawing from pre- and perinatal psychology, trauma-informed healing, and cosmic spirituality, I explain how the nervous system creates protective strategies when essential relational needs such as belonging, safety, support, and emotional attunement were not consistently met. You’ll discover:• Why people-pleasing and overgiving are often rooted in the need for belonging• How hyper-independence develops from unmet needs for support• Why nervous system coping patterns persist even when they cause exhaustion or burnout• How early trauma and childhood attachment wounds shape adult relationships• Why healing requires restoring the original need rather than fighting the pattern• How understanding your primal nervous system patterns can unlock deeper self-compassionFrom the perspective of Cosmic Birth and Primal Emergence, many of our emotional patterns originate in our earliest experiences of life, from the womb, birth, and early bonding experiences that shape our sense of safety, connection, and belonging. When those original needs begin to be met again through safe relational experiences, something powerful happens:The nervous system relaxes. And the authentic self naturally begins to emerge. If you're on a spiritual awakening journey, exploring early trauma healing, or seeking deeper primal understanding of attachment patterns, this episode offers a compassionate and transformative perspective on how healing truly unfolds.Podcast Topics Coveredearly traumachildhood attachment patternsnervous system coping patternshealing early attachment woundsprimal understanding of emotional patternsspiritual awakening and trauma healingcosmic spirituality and soul developmentpre and perinatal psychologythe spiritual birth journeyAbout the Cosmic Birth PodcastThe Cosmic Birth Podcast explores the intersection of early trauma healing, cosmic spirituality, attachment science, and the spiritual birth journey of the soul.Host Julia Sahalie guides listeners through the hidden influence of prenatal experiences, birth imprints, and early attachment patterns on our emotional lives, relationships, and spiritual awakening.Visit my Website https://cosmicbirth.com/Take the Early Primal Core Needs Quiz https://juliasahalie.outgrow.us/PrimalCoreNeedsTake the Core Fear Quiz: http://cosmicbirth.com/core-fear-quizFollow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/juliasahalieFollow me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/juliasahalie

What if your healing journey isn’t about doing more — but becoming more you?In this episode, we explore the midlife rite of passage from striving and proving into embodied inner worth. Through the lenses of the wounded healer and developmental imprinting, we unpack why pressure peaks at midlife — and how this breaking point becomes a healing threshold rather than a failure point. You’ll learn how attachment wounds, and nervous system capacity intersect during this initiation of the return of Chiron from performance-based identity into soul-based being. This conversation reframes midlife crisis as midlife initiation — a sacred turning point where structure, timing, and surrender work together to transform your relationship with worth, purpose, and self-authority.If you’re feeling the exhaustion of over-efforting, healing fatigue, or identity shedding — this episode will help you understand why this phase is not punishment, but passage. In This Episode We ExploreWhy midlife is a psychological and spiritual rite of passageHow Chiron marks the wound-to-wisdom thresholdThe shift from performance and proving into embodied worthWhy pressure creates sabotageWhen effort stops working — and why that’s meaningfulCapacity, timing, and nervous system readinessThe collapse of adaptation strategies that once kept you safeFrom survival identity to soul identityWho This Episode Is ForThis episode is especially supportive for:Spiritually curious women in midlife transitionThose healing early attachment or developmental traumaAnyone experiencing identity shifts or purpose reorientationListeners drawn to astrology, somatic healing, and soul workPeople who feel they’ve “done the work” — but something deeper is now asking to emergeTakeaway ReflectionMidlife is not asking you to try harder. It’s asking you to become truer.Worth is not achieved through effort — it is revealed through embodiment.Key Themesmidlife initiation, Chiron return healing and trauma healing, attachment wounds, inner worth, rite of passage psychology, spiritual midlife transition, nervous system capacity, developmental trauma healing, identity transformation, self worth embodiment, soul purpose awakening, healing early imprints, astrology as initiationTake the Early Primal Core Needs Quiz https://juliasahalie.outgrow.us/PrimalCoreNeedsTake the Core Fear Quiz: http://cosmicbirth.com/core-fear-quizFollow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/juliasahalieFollow me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/juliasahalie
What if the purpose of life isn’t to prove your worth—but to remember it?In this episode of the Cosmic Birth Podcast, we explore how the traditional Hero’s Journey has shaped our beliefs about success, suffering, and worth—and why that story no longer fits many of us.We look at how worth became tied to conquest, achievement, productivity, and redemption, and why so many people reach a point where success stops satisfying. This episode introduces a new mythic framework: the Emergence Arc—a journey not of earning value, but of revealing what was always true.In this episode, we explore:Why the traditional Hero’s Journey reinforces worth-through-struggleHow hustle culture and productivity myths echo ancient proving narrativesThe moment when achievement, career, or “doing it right” no longer fulfillsWhy approval, validation, and worth are not prizes to be wonThe Heroine’s Journey as a bridge from proving to integrationThe Emergence Arc: moving from performance to authenticityHow trauma, attachment wounds, and early conditioning shape our need to proveWhat replaces the prize when worth is no longer the goalCore themes:Innate worth • authenticity • emergence • trauma-informed spirituality • healing the need for validation • feminine wisdom • mythic psychologyThis episode is for anyone who feels exhausted by striving, confused by success, or ready to stop earning permission to exist as they are.Sources cited: Derek Rydall author of Emergence, Joseph Campbell, Maureen Murdock author of The Heroine's JourneyVisit my website at: http://cosmicbirth.com/Take the Early Primal Core Needs Quiz https://juliasahalie.outgrow.us/PrimalCoreNeedsTake the Core Fear Quiz: http://cosmicbirth.com/core-fear-quizFollow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/juliasahalieFollow me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/juliasahalie
In this episode of the Cosmic Birth Podcast, I explore how worth became tangled with morality, spiritual growth, healing, and self-improvement and why living in a constant state of redemption quietly drains our capacity to receive.I look at the belief that life is a test to pass, a mission to complete, or a debt to repay in order to deserve love, ease, and abundance. Drawing from spiritual conditioning, trauma-informed psychology, and Reality Transurfing, this episode reframes worth as inherent rather than earned. If you’ve ever felt like you must heal more, improve more, or suffer enough before life can finally open for you, this episode offers a deeply relieving perspective: there is no redemption arc required for worthiness. What a redemption arc is and how it shapes self-worthFeeling like a sinner or “not good enough” beneath spiritual strivingWhy constant self-improvement can block receivingWorth vs morality vs spiritual approvalLetting go of pressure to earn goodnessReducing importance and allowing life to meet youTopics Covered:redemption arc self worth and spirituality proving your worth spiritual perfectionism feeling unworthy deserving abundance receiving without earning trauma-informed spirituality Reality TransurfingWhere in your life do you still believe you must do more or be better before you are allowed to receive something good?Visit my website at: http://cosmicbirth.com/Take the Early Primal Core Needs Quiz https://juliasahalie.outgrow.us/PrimalCoreNeedsTake the Core Fear Quiz: http://cosmicbirth.com/core-fear-quizFollow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/juliasahalieFollow me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/juliasahalie
Why do so many of us feel like we have to earn our worth? In this opening episode of the Beyond Proving Worth series on the Cosmic Birth Podcast, I explore how human worth became entangled with productivity, performance, achievement, and spiritual striving—and why so many people are reaching a breaking point. This episode examines the cultural, psychological, spiritual, and economic roots of worth-based conditioning, including early attachment experiences, hustle culture, religious frameworks, and the modern corporate hierarchy often mistaken for true capitalism. We explore how worth shifted from something innate to something conditional—and how this belief quietly shapes our nervous systems, relationships, and sense of meaning.I offer a reframe of life as an evolutionary experience rather than a test to pass or a redemption arc to complete. If you’ve ever felt burned out, behind, or afraid you’re failing your purpose, this episode offers clarity, relief, and a new way of seeing yourself.✨ In This Episode, We Explore:What “worth” really means—and how it became something to proveEarly childhood conditioning and attachment patternsHustle culture, productivity, and the exhaustion of constant strivingThe difference between free-market capitalism and corporate hierarchyWhy questioning success and achievement is a rite of passage, not a failureHow spirituality can unintentionally reinforce pressure and self-judgmentReframing life as experience rather than performance or redemptionVisit my website at: http://cosmicbirth.com/Take the Early Primal Core Needs Quiz https://juliasahalie.outgrow.us/PrimalCoreNeedsTake the Core Fear Quiz: http://cosmicbirth.com/core-fear-quizFollow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/juliasahalieFollow me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/juliasahalie

In this episode of Cosmic Birth Podcast, Julia Sahalie explores the difference between imagination and intuition, why both matter, and how regression and inner imagery lead to real insight and healing. You’ll learn how intuition often speaks through imagination, symbols, emotions, and sudden knowing—especially during regression, hypnosis, and early primal exploration. The human need to belong — and why trauma disrupts it.Most of us long for belonging — to feel safe, seen, and accepted — yet many of us don’t.In this opening episode, I explore how our early attachment patterns, cultural conditioning, and generational messages about independence shape our ability to connect. You’ll learn how abuse, neglect, and enmeshment quietly teach us to stop asking for love, how the “cry-it-out” era trained us to be hyper-independent, and why healing our sense of belonging begins not in isolation but in safe relationship. How our attachment style is formed through early caregiving.Abuse, neglect, and enmeshment as distortions of safety and connection.“Protest and reconcile”: the heartbreaking cycle of asking for love, being denied, and then deciding “I’ll stop needing.”Hyper-independence and the “cry-it-out” era: how cultural conditioning told us self-containment equals strength.“The myth of the self-sufficient human.”Belonging as a nervous-system state — not just social inclusion.Share in the Comments: When did I first decide it was safer not to need anyone?Visit my website at: http://cosmicbirth.com/Take the Early Primal Core Needs Quiz https://juliasahalie.outgrow.us/PrimalCoreNeedsTake the Core Fear Quiz: http://cosmicbirth.com/core-fear-quizFollow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/juliasahalieFollow me on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/juliasahalie#belonging #attachmentstyles #relationaltrauma #healinginrelationship #hyperindependence #soulgroups #spiritualgrowth #anxiousattachment #avoidantattachment #communityhealing
Each of our early core primal needs are stacked upon another.  What happens when we come into the world and we are not met and do not receive consistent nourishment and responsiveness from our mother? The search for enlightenment through mindful separation of our thoughts, emotions, body and identity for many has created a form of spiritual bypassing. A philosophy of oneness that does not embrace the vulnerable messy part of being human. Transcendental meditative states can be wonderful and beautiful and can keep us from feeling and seeing the things we are try are avoiding. In this episode I vent about my experience and frustration with the shadow of non-dualism. How it can cause feelings of shame about your experience. Why relief from the pain doesn't in of itself heal trauma. How becoming too polarized in trying to maintain a positive state causes what is suppressed to surface in other ways. Why following being with what is uncomfortable frees you up. Why we need both the spiritual and the physical human aspects of us.
