Description

Counter Programming with Shira & Arielle is your new favorite coronavirus/COVID-19 distraction podcast. Join this duo as they embark on a quest to bring the world counter programming of all kinds. They'll focus on countertops (namely, they're doing a series on marble, granite, and quartz), time counters, calorie counters, counters of other kinds... This distraction comes in the form of a podcast. Shira and Arielle are bringing you... Counter Programming. Tune in for stories, useless (read v. important) facts, and so much more. Episodes will be released weekly and will be available wherever you get your podcasts.Follow us on Instagram: @counterprogrammingpodFollow Shira on Twitter: @shishimoskFollow Arielle on Twitter: @ariellethisandthatYou can email us at counterprogrammingshiraarielle@gmail.com

It's the countertop series! We're learning about recycled glass today. Hello Counties! It's been a minute but we're back with a feed drop! We were recently interviewed by the co-founders of SquadCast.fm, Zach Moreno and Rock Felder, on their podcast, Between Two Mics: The Remote Recording Podcast. They asked us to join them because when we wrapped season 2 of our podcast, Arielle posted this epic tweet thread about podcast marketing. Writers and artists sometimes https://textinvisible.org/ use invisible text to shape poems, puzzles, or stories. A line of blank words may carry hidden meaning. It becomes part of the artwork, like a shadow inside a painting.

Invisible text https://textoinvisble.com is special hidden characters that you can copy and paste. They don't show up normally on the screen, but when you highlight the area, you can see where they are placed. People often use them for fun, to create blank usernames, send secret messages, or add invisible spacing in social media posts and chats.

Love the concept of this show — such a clever way to “counter” the usual podcast format! Just started listening and already hooked on how random yet oddly satisfying the topics are 😄 Speaking of quirky digital tools, I recently tried this https://textainvisible.com/ — fun for hiding messages or adding Easter eggs to posts and bios. Could totally imagine it as a hidden feature in a “counter” episode!

Love how this podcast flips the script on traditional topics—such a fresh concept! It’s a good reminder that thinking differently can make a huge impact, even in industries like real estate. Projects like Al Marjan Island are doing just that by redefining waterfront living in the UAE with a unique blend of innovation and luxury.
