With TradeFest 2025 well underway, Austin sent Ted ‘on tour’ to sit down with three of our most experienced leaders in this bonus episode of Counter Talk. Ted talks with Regional Directors Tim Mason, Claire Bailey, and Andy Richmond, who collectively bring over 70 years of Howdens experience to the counter. They discuss how important TradeFest is to us as a business – You’ll hear stories from previous peak trading periods, the importance of trading safely and having fun. The consistency of the TradeFest message shines through, but with plenty of differences from region to region, and depot to depot. Austin joins Ted at the end of the episode to react to Ted’s tour and his conversations with the Regional Directors.
