There is no better way to abide in Christ than by memorizing and meditating on God's Word daily.
Seeking to satisfy your spiritual thirst with something or someone other than Christ, is to seek in vain. Only he can satisfy.
It's as true today as it was 2,000 years ago. You can ignore Jesus to your own peril, but you cannot silence him. He is the Christ, the Son of God.
Every follower of Christ is called to be a thinker. You can't live right without thinking right. It begins with thinking right about Jesus.
Proximity to Jesus does not result in salvation. Salvation is the result of believing that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God.
Jesus only spoke what was true, but that doesn't mean the truth was easy to receive. The same is still true for us today.
Moments of suffering reveal our need for God and His love for us!
Jesus is the One who brings life to us because He gave His life on our behalf.
One thing is certain, our sovereign God has good things in store for Covenant Community Church as we trust him together.
Jesus is the giver and keeper of eternal life. The Father is the One who draws us into life, we don't just come on our own.
Jesus is the giver of life. He gives, he keeps, he preserves. Life that is eternal now and forever. You can't be better kept than that!
To focus on the physical and material is to get the temporal. To focus on the spiritual and eternal is to get the true and lasting treasure.
If you are amazed by Grace, you trust God and not yourself!
Our God is big, he is transcendent, he is immanent, he is trustworthy and available. He is able to meet all of our needs.

At the root of all sin is to live for the glory and praise of others instead of living to please and glorify God.
Jesus has taken the worst thing that has happened to us and turned it into the best thing, we're forgiven and eternal life!
To worship the God of the Bible is to worship Jesus. If you don't worship Jesus, you don't worship the God of the Bible.
Ritual and rules can easily overtake what is vital and real, the result is, "a form of godliness that denies its power".
