What is it that brings out the worst in people when playing a sport or attending a sporting event? Sports don’t teach character, the coach utilizes the sport as a vehicle by which he or she will teach character.

Jan Hamilton Well, I’m certainly not Paul Harvey or WIBC, but, would be nice to get dad’s feedback. First, we would have to instruct him on how to use a smartphone.

WOW! Where do I start.... 1st let me say-great podcast brother ❤ Instead of me going into a short story here I'm just going to say I am thoroughly fed up with these women that make false accusations of sexual assault or abuse of any kind! they are totally demeaning to women that have truly dealt with this trauma; and any celebrity that announces how supportive they are blah, blah, blah. use your status & your money and get involved with putting a stop to human trafficking!! then you might have something to praise yourself for. Jack, you're right- MUD is MUD! The Bible tells us no one sin greater than another ('Capt blasphemy). I believe everything happens for a reason. I don't regret things in my life... sometimes wish I'd have made better decisions but it is what it is; best to make a positive out of a negative. Yes, I use all of any experience in my life to help others. And, yes, I agree 100 % that we as a society need to get back to being neighborly, to caring for one another, to putting differences aside. The #1 thing that I loved about college was the ability to gather 5,10,15+ people together, all different beliefs, different cultures & discuss things. I learned so much! did we all agree on issues? of course not, but we kept open minds and respected each other & each others thoughts & opinions. sometimes someone's view was changed but that wasn't necessarily always the point. the point was to learn, to grow, to understand & if one couldn't then it was fine to agree to disagree. I learned more from casual gatherings of conversation like that than I did in most classes. I actually miss being in discussions like that. it's sad to think that a group of people isn't capable of coming together like that. think about it: how boring would it be to only converse with people that thought & believed the same as yourself-???

Toby -we really should talk about this restaurant you think you want to open! I can fill you in on the good, the bad, & the ugly. Haha! dont get me wrong - I love the business, I think I was cursed to love it sometimes. ... it is fun and maddening at the same time. It is rough & not for the faint of heart, it takes extreme dedication & to own it is to live it! So much I could tell you
